Chapter 14 - Power System

Power System in Avilone

1. Soul Core and Core Energy

• Soul Core:

Every living being in Avilone has a soul core attached to its soul. This core is the primary source of power and abilities.

• Because every individual possesses a soul core, the act of possessing is common. When a demon is killed, its soul core often remains intact. If a demon possesses a body that can withstand the transfer, it can regain the power it had in its original form.

• Core Energy:

The soul core generates energy known as core energy, which flows through the body via the core veins.

• The width of these veins directly correlates with the user's proficiency; the wider the vein, the greater the potential.

2. Types of Core Energy

The core energy can manifest in several forms:

• Aura

• Mana

• Dark Mana

Ice Mana

(In some cases, core energy can produce both mana and aura simultaneously.)

3. Aura Stages

• The aura is divided into eight stages.

• These stages are represented by "dots":

• 1st Stage: 1 dot

• 2nd Stage: 2 dots

• 3rd Stage: 3 dots

• 4th Stage: 4 dots

• 5th Stage: 5 dots

• 6th Stage: 6 dots

• 7th Stage: 7 dots

• 8th Stage: 8 dots

4. Mana Stages

• Mana is divided into nine stages, determined by the number of mana circles present.

• The more circles displayed, the higher the mana stage.

5. Dark Mana Stages

• Similarly, dark mana is divided into nine stages, determined by the number of dark mana circles.

• Both humans and demons possess dark mana; however, the quality and quantity vary between individuals.

6. Royal Dark Demon Bloodline

• A special category exists for those with royal demon blood: the royal dark demon bloodline.

• This bloodline is typically found only in demon lords and the demon king, granting them superior dark mana and unique abilities. An ability known as gluttony

7. Variations in Core Energy Production

• In Theodore's original world, the type of core energy produced depended on one's class and trait.

• This means that each individual's potential could vary widely based on their inherent nature and their chosen path.
