As we lay beside her I couldn't help but feel happy she didn't freak out at the close proximity. She has actually gone back to sleep.
" she seems weaker than before but I'm glad she hasn't pushed you away" Archer say through the mind link.
" yeah I agree and yeah I hope she doesn't push me away when she regains her strength" I tell him back.
" I don't think she will her emotions where calm and accepting when she looked at you. When do you think we should hold the ceremony" Archer asks.
" the priest will be here soon we can go with what he suggests but I have a feeling the sooner the better. It has already been delayed, how long ago did she come of age do you know" I ask not knowing how old our mate is feels a bit wrong.
" I don't know yet but I will try and ask but you know as well as I do she prefers not to talk" he sighs
" she told us to rest we should have a nap you look like crap" I chuckle.
" it feels nice that she was worried about us doesn't it brother" he chuckles at me.
"yeah it does" I say looking at her asleep beside me. I run my finger down her cheek she leans into my hand with a sigh. I smile at my woman as I close my eyes to sleep.
As I wake I feel for her warm but she isn't there I panic opening my eyes sitting up looking around for her. I spot her sitting on the window sill one foot outside.
" I wouldn't recommend jumping from here if you want out the door is right there" I chuckle at my panic.
" am I aloud out" she asks quietly looking at me confused.
" obviously you are not a prisoner darling. We have only kept you in because of your health issues. For know it's best if one of us are with you if you want leave the grounds, but you can freely walk around the house and garden if you have the strength." I tell her with a smile. She smiles back at me making my heart skip beats at how beautiful she is.
" I think we should get cleaned up and find something to eat don't " Archer says stretching out. Her stomach decided to answer for her this time making us chuckle at her.
" sounds good to me I will go and run you a bath Rose and get sorted when your busy. Do you want me to come grab you when you're done " ask her she nods.
I head to the bathroom and start the shower instead of the bath.
" I thought it would be good for you to have a shower this morning instead of a bath change it up. " I say going back out she smiled with a nod al be back soon.
We set out going our separate ways. I know I need a cold shower being surrounded by her scent and feeling her warmth is so hard. I just want to hold her and kiss her taste her sweetness. I need to keep them thoughts out of my head damn it.
Finished my shower and settled my head I head back to her room she should be ready by now. Knocking on the door I enter and freeze on the spot she is standing there nakedness in full glory drying her hair. He knocks on the door and waits she opens the door seeing me her cheeks go pink as she looks down.
" come on sweet girl food is ready do you feel better now or still a bit off" he asks her placing his hand on her forehead. She makes a wavy hand gesture for so so he picks her up.
" then let me be your legs then sweet girl" he says taking her down I follow behind them. She peaks over his shoulder at me with a shy smile. He places her down and we bring in the food.
" why don't you spend some time in the garden today. It will be good for you to get some sunshine." I ask her hopefully she will.
She smiles brightly and nods.
" I have to go to the training grounds today are you staying at the house today" Archer asks me looking up to me.
" yeah I will be in my office for the day I need to get that meeting done and the priest should be here soon so I can deal with that. Are you going to look for what we spoke about" I ask him hopefully he gets the hint.
" yeah we will need blood packs ready for when I get back will you be able to get them ready" he asks I nod in agreement.
Once we finish our food Archer heads out.
" my office is just on the left there if you need me or won't anything just come on in. You are welcome to come in even if you just want to sit with me" I say to her as she heads out into the garden she smiles and nods to me.
