The next day I wake start getting ready for school, I go down to the kitchen to grab breakfast where I am met by my brother.
He treats me worse than the rest cause he thinks he should be next in line to be th Alpha. He taunts me asking how my shift went yesterday, I lie and say that I was unable to shift. He laughs at me and throws his muffin he is eating in my face. Let me rip his throat out Xena snarls, but I just wipe it off and leave I'm not dealing with this right now.
At the door stands my parents and my brother comes and joins them, telling them I am unable to shift. They scoff at me and you are supposed to replace me snarls my father I do not think so. When school is done your are to come straight back here and gather your shit I am banishing you from this pack. I want to say my heart is broken but that would be a lie, my family has treated me like a slave pretty much my whole life. Xena and I see this as freedom and she is dancing with joy in my head. I say fine as I push my way through them to leave for school.
The school we go to is all werewolves which is nice if you think about it, no secrets to hide just everyone among their own kind.
Of course everyone has their own circles just like humans jocks cheerleaders geeks so on and so on. Me I'm a loner and only have one friend her name is Gina, she has been my ride or die since we were 3 years old I love that girl.
I find Gina and tell her of what my parents told me before I came to school, she could not believe it she was so mad and wanted to give them a price of her mind. I told her it was not worth the air you will waste, she just laughed and told me I was right.
She told me she would mindlink her parents and let them know what was going on, and see if it was cool if I could join their pack. Her parents are awesome, even though we are from two different packs they still let me come over like it was my home.
On my way to class I had to pass by all the soon to be Alphas, they stuck together like flies to shit I swear. My brother was apart of that group and it made me pause at the end of the hall, waiting hoping they would leave. I could see my brother trying to be stuck up Chris's ass, he is next in line to become the Alpha of all Alphas. He is like no man that I have ever seen before, I swear he was built by the gods and also my best friends brother go figure.
It doesn't seem like they are going to be leaving anytime soon and I don't want to be late. As I'm walking down the hall a smell of coconut and lilacs punch me right in the nose, in turn makes Xena start going nuts. I ignore it and head to class.
Gina sits down beside me and tells me that her father is 100 percent fine with me joining their pack, he told her that it took me long enough.
The day ends and I am on my way back to my old pack to gather my things when I am met by patrol, like I am an outsider. They follow me to gather my things and walk me to the boarder of their territory where thankfully Gina is waiting for me.
We head back to her house, I am ready for a shower and bed at this point.
Once I walk in that smell hits me again, Xena is screaming mate in my head. I tell her to hush shower sleep we will deal with it in the morning and we can sleep in cause it is the weekend.
Who's scent is driving Xena wild? And of course it had to be our new home that we find our mate. Before you know it darkness consumes me and I am out like a light.
