With those words I stand up and shift into Xena and again my scent is released. As of on command a deep growl radiates through the trees, and that's when you realize Chris has smelled your scent. You quickly shift back and cover your scent but it is too late he saw you shift. He is inches from you when the word mine comes out of his mouth before his lips are on yours, and you melt into his embrace.
