Chapter 1 - Prologue

In an unfathomable and lightless sea, there was no end in sight. There was nothing visible, no light, and yes, perhaps even darkness.

This place was merely a void, where all meaning ceased to exist. A Stygian abyss that could not be expressed in words, and without words, it would remain.

"Here," something was born, a form. Without gender. Its eyelids trembled, revealing to this "place" its eyes.

A pair of irises in a spiral pattern, of deep blue adorned with golden hues.

The being gazed at this "place" for a while and murmured something before disappearing, as if it had never existed in the first place.

---

In the cosmos, a humanoid figure moved at unimaginable speed, stopping as it approached a translucent barrier. It placed a hand on the barrier, and it rippled as it entered.

---

Empty.

An immense blue dragon was refining a universe when it sensed a disturbance.

It pulled away its concentration and focused on the human that appeared before it, looking at him seriously, as something about him told it to take him seriously.

"Interesting... you are the most powerful dragon I have seen so far," murmured the human indifferently while writing in a book.

The dragon blinked, surprised by the human's words.

"Hey, human, who are you and how did you get here?" it asked with a serious voice while preparing to hurl the universe in its hands.

The "human" lifted his gaze from the book as it disappeared and then shook his head.

"I'm sorry, but I'm not what you would call human," he replied while looking at the universe in the dragon's hands.

"Interesting, it's in the refining stage, but it's already beautiful," he said with some astonishment in his voice.

The dragon did not seem surprised that he identified the universe, but was intrigued that he called it beautiful.

"Thank you, I have been creating it for a while, although it is not complete," said the dragon as it relaxed a bit.

The being nodded, implying that he knew. "I can help you finish it," he proposed with curiosity in his eyes.

"And why would you do that?" the dragon asked suspiciously.

"I have a hobby of creating some from time to time," argued the human indifferently.

The dragon thought about it for a while and finally nodded, but first asked a question. "Alright, but you haven't told me where you come from or what your name is."

"I apologize for the rudeness," he said as he bowed slightly and introduced himself.

"I come from beyond the reality you know, outside of this world. I have a hobby of visiting places and learning from them; that is why I am here," he replied as he straightened up again.

"As for my name, I do not possess one, but many call me Akasha, so you can call me that," he proposed while looking the dragon in the eyes.

The dragon easily nodded and introduced itself as well. "I am Veldanava, the first true dragon."

Akasha merely nodded and noted it in his book before looking back at the dragon, Veldanava.

"Great! Then let's go, help me finish this universe, I want to see what ideas you have," exclaimed Veldanava as he passed the universe in his hands to Akasha.

He took it and examined it before showing him some things he could change and improve.

And thus, eons passed as they created a multitude of different universes, each with its own rules, laws, and nature.

Their friendship grew as time went by, learning from each other, forging a connection not unlike that of brotherhood.
