Chapter 7 - Capitulo 6- Milim Nava.

Emerald Forest

Scathach was playing tag with Gaia and Milim when she suddenly began to feel a sense of danger. Before she could react, a translucent dome rose into the sky.

Scathach summoned a red spear into her hand while Milim and Gaia hid behind her. She scanned the surroundings for the attackers but quickly saw her spear disappear into particles of light.

Rapidly, she conjured another spear, only to watch it vanish as well. Scathach narrowed her eyes and activated her skill, [Wisdom of Dún Scáith], while scanning the translucent dome.

"It's a field that negates all magic and drains it to strengthen itself. Interesting," she murmured to herself.

Turning around to reassure Milim and Gaia, who looked confused, she said, "Don't worry, everything is fine. Just don't use any magic," giving them a gentle older sister smile.

Returning her gaze to the surroundings, she saw silhouettes emerging from the great trees. It didn't take long for an army to surround them from all angles.

Scathach recognized the emblem on the soldiers' chests, leaving her puzzled as to why that kingdom would do something like this.

As she pondered, a man stepped forward from the army, an elf with a refined and elegant appearance, though overshadowed by an arrogant and crazed smile on his face.

"I am the King of the Super-Wizard Kingdom," declared the elf in a boastful voice.

Scathach looked at him, her eyes impassive while she thought about how to kill him. "And what do you seek here? Don't think this field can save you from dying," she said in a cold tone.

The elf's face contorted horrifically at Scathach's words, but he quickly regained his composure and smiled mockingly.

"It's simple, woman. We want the little girl hiding behind you. If you hand her over, I'll grant you mercy, allowing you to live," he declared casually.

Scathach narrowed her eyes at the elf's words, and before he could react, she was in front of him with her spear, stabbing the air before retracting it.

Looking at the elf, now several meters away from where he had been standing, Scathach quickly returned to Milim's side and impaled a soldier attempting to reach her.

"I've changed my mind; you will leave your soul in this field," Scathach said. The spear in her hand hummed in response, and a large amount of mana began to flow into it, preventing the field from disassembling it in no time.

The elf burst into laughter, shaking his head, clearly dismissive of Scathach's words.

"Seems you don't understand, woman, that I'm not asking for permission; that girl will be mine whether you like it or not," he said, anger evident in his voice. He raised his hand, and his army took it as a signal to advance.

Scathach looked at little Gaia. "Gaia, protect Milim from the sky; don't let them get close. I will deal with the soldiers on the ground," Scathach ordered.

Gaia nodded and began to grow, transforming into a dragon with a wingspan of 50 meters, lifting Milim onto her back as Milim listened to Scathach's voice.

"Don't worry, little one; we'll be back with Father for dinner soon."

Milim nodded, smiling, unaware of the danger, prompting Scathach to smile back at her.

Scathach turned her gaze back to the approaching army, a grin on her face. "I'll have fun with you," she said, sending more mana into her spear, feeling the anti-magic field grow stronger.

"I will take you to the Land of Shadows.

¡Gáe Bolg Alternative!"

Sending the spear into the sky, Scathach appeared beside it and kicked it, causing the spear to fall at high speed while hundreds of copies were created along its path. The spears rained down on the army, causing an explosion that killed thousands of soldiers.

Returning to the ground, two more spears appeared in Scathach's hands as she infused them with mana before launching herself into battle with a smile.

Jahil was seething with rage as he pulled his sword from Gaia, who lay in a pool of blood. He had possessed the elven king to use him to rebuild his former kingdom, the kingdom that Guy Crimson had destroyed.

"But now everything has gone wrong again," he thought as he walked toward Milim, who was in shock at seeing her friend dead. He stopped when he heard the voice of the world.

«Warning. Individual Scathach has obtained the Demon King's seed.»

«Report. Verifying the amount of souls required for evolution… Confirmed. The Harvest Festival will begin now.»

On the other side, after piercing another soldier, Scathach also heard the Voice of the World; a sudden dizziness washed over her, and her spears scattered across the field vanished as she fell to the ground, feeling very sleepy.

She tried to resist when she saw the crazy elven king approaching slowly, a smile on his face.

"Oh ho ho, who would have thought those insects would be useful in the end… look at you, unable to do anything," his voice dripped with venom as he circled around her with a victorious grin.

"When the Harvest Festival begins, no one can stop it, not even the one who started it. Now I will take the little girl and leave, but not without killing you first," he finished, a sword forming in his hand.

Just as the sword was about to reach Scathach's neck, it stopped. Or rather, a scaled arm halted it.

Stupefied, Jahil looked at the arm's owner. It was Milim... but very different; her arms and legs had transformed into dragon-like limbs, and a horn rose from her forehead. Her eyes were red, and the aura she emanated was chaotic.

Jahil quickly retreated, taking a combat stance, analyzing Milim. 'It seems my plan has failed horribly for the second time.'

The energy radiating from Milim was pure fury. Before Jahil could react, he was sent flying several kilometers, losing consciousness.

Minutes earlier, Milim.

"Gaia… open your eyes, Gaia, I don't want to play anymore… please wake up…" Milim said through sobs.

Gaia made an effort to open her eye, seeing her best friend dirty and covered in blood, crying over her. Milim lifted her head, and they exchanged a wordless understanding.

"Kyuu…" Gaia said in an increasingly weak tone, letting out a small sigh as she closed her eyes.

Milim cried over her for several minutes before falling silent. A red aura began to manifest from her body, and she heard the voice of the world.

«Confirmed. Awakening the ability [Magicule Breeder Reactor]… successful.»

Immediately afterward, Milim vanished.

---

Present.

"It's my fault… Gaia died because of me. Why am I weak… I… I…" Milim began to talk to herself as her eyes turned increasingly red.

"I will destroy them all!" declared Milim, taking one last look at the place where she had sent the elf.

The ground beneath her feet exploded, and when the smoke cleared, Milim had vanished.

"Hello dear readers. I am approaching the next world that Akasha will visit, and it's DanMachi... but I have a question I would like you to choose.

The next world will be DanMachi, and this world is too weak for someone like Akasha. Compared to worlds like the Nasuverse and Tensura, DanMachi is considerably weaker.

So I thought, when entering the world, should he enter in his true form or self-weakening and self-summoning as a heroic spirit? If he appears as a servant, there could be more dynamism.

I drew this from the divine spirits of the Nasu who self-weakening to be summoned as servants. So decide, haha."
