Chapter 12: The Quirk Apprehension Test.
"The one who ranks last….. gets expelled!!!"
"This is only our first day of school!! Even if it weren't, this is just too unreasonable!!"
Yells an unwilling Ochako.
"Unreasonable you say…" Muttered the tired Aizawa.
"Natural disasters,Massive accidents,Ego-Mad Villains... All those things can now happen when we least expect it, Japan is now drenched in this "Unreasonable" entirely"
"And it's our jobs as hero's to reverse it all and restore reason"
His voice then began to rise in a harsh tone.
"If you were expecting a smooth journey through this school to get your hero license…. Then you'd be wrong!!"
"For the next 3 years all you can expect from U.A is hardship after hardship!!"
He then pointed a finger to them.
"This is PLUS ULTRA!!"
"And I expect you to overcome these trials and to climb to the top."
Aizawa smiled at the determined looks he got and continued.
"Now then that was the demonstration, Time to start the real test."
'It started huh?' Thought a bored Harue looking at the determined looks mixed with some nervous ones on his classmates faces.
'Well time to cement my place as the number one of this class.'

Trial 1: The 50 meter Dash
Aizawa began putting the students into groups of two and making them race each other.
The first group being Ida vs Asui.
Ida won quite easily as his quirk was literally built for running.
His time being: 3.04 seconds.
Tsuyu Asui got a respectable 5.58.
After a couple of more races it was finally Harues turn.
He was paired up with Koji Koda the animal control kid.
"Let's do this Koda-san " spoke a pumped up Harue to Koda who nodded back shyly.
As they got in their position Aisawa spoke.
"On your marks, get set, go!!!"
As Harue was beginning to stand,his body started being pushed by jet like beams of flame projecting from his back.
Immediately after Harue dove straight through the finish line at a breakneck speed.
Stopping soon after crossing over and turning to listen to the recording robot.
"1.87 seconds"
'Decent but still quite a bit slower than flying' he thought when he was broken out his thoughts by Koda passing through the finish line in just under 7 seconds.
"6.96 seconds"
As Koda stoped he looked at Harue with a stunned look.
"Holy moly dude how are you so fast?!!"
Said Kaminari to Harue who turned to look at the watching students and seeing the shocked look on their faces he smirked.
"Well that's not even his top speed" Spoke a proud Mina.
"Harue-Kun is even faster than that when he flies!!!"
"He can fly!!?" Yelled the rest of the class.
"Mhm" Mina lifted her head proudly as if she was the one they were shocked at.
Harue smiled at her antics and began preparing for the other trials.

And so the trials went by one by one with Harue dominating most of them,when they finally arrived again at the softball throw.
As Harue had already threw his pitch he got to sit this one out.
He watched as Uraraka got her impressive infinity score and Momo making a cannon that managed to get quite close to his throw.
When Bakugo suddenly got his turn the class got quiet and watched.
"DIE!!!" A explosion went on and a deafening sound spread.
After a while a beep sounded as the recording device showed his score.
"705.2 meters" the screen on Aizawa hand showed.
"Damn it!!" Screamed Bakugo as he turned and looked at Harue who had a raised eyebrow on his face.
As a growling Bakugo got away from the test circle, Midoriya was called out for his turn.
As he nervously got in position.
He began strengthening his arm with OFA and tried to throw the ball with all his might.
After escaping his hands the ball flew a lackluster distance of 46 meters.
"Huh!? I tried using it for sure!!!"he said after looking at the screen showing his result then looked down at his hand.
"I erased your quirk"
A voice broke him out of his nervous rambling.
Deku turned and looked at Aizawa who now was staring at him with glowing red eyes and floating hair.
"It defies reason, How did someone like you managed to get into this academy?."
"Yo-you…. Erased it!!?" Stuttered Deku as he suddenly recognized who his teacher was.
"You're the Erasing Hero: Eraserhead!!!"
As the scene played out of Aisawa scolding Midorya and asking if he was expecting for someone to always save him afterwards if he'd injured himself.
Harue seeing this familiar scene suddenly felt like someone was watching him.
He turned around and saw Shoto Todoroki staring intensely at him.
Harue let out an awkward smile and turned again to look at Midoriya while trying to ignore the burning gaze behind him.
Midoriya had been given a second chance by Aisawa and he did not disappoint.
This time instead of powering up his whole arm he did it to just his finger.
With a boom the ball disappeared towards the sky.
"Sensei…..I-I can still move!!!" Said Midoriya while clenching his fist that showed one of his fingers being broken.
"OHOHO….!" laughed Aizawa while showing the screen of the recording device that read:
705.3 meters.
As the class cheered him on, an angry voice broke the happy mood.
"What is this DEKU!!!! You shitrag!!"
Screams Bakugo while approaching him.
"First that sparky basterd then now your quirkless ass doing better than me!!!"
"I don't believe it!!" As he was about to explode at Midoriya a cloth surrounds him.
"Guhh…" he grunts as it begins to tighten and put a stop to his movements.
"Don't make me use my quirk I've got dry eyes damn it!!" Aisawas stern voice calls out to him.
"So get back to your position Bakugo!!!".
And so the day passes with the last trials also coming to an end.
After everyone gathered together Aisawa begins to show the results.
1st place:Harue Dai
2nd place:Momo Yaoyorozu
3rd place :Shoto Todoroki
4th place :Katsuki Bakugo
5th place:Tenya Ida
6th place:Eijiro Kirishima
...
19th place:Mineta Minoru (AN: i don't know how this guy got above deku in anything besides the sidesteps the same with invisible girl ).
20th place:Izuku Midoriya
As Midorya was beginning to despair, Aizawa suddenly said.
"Oh yeah that whole "expulsion" thing was a lie"
"!?"
"It was a logical ruse to pull out your best performances." He continued.
"Whaaatt!!!!"
'Sure Mr. 154 expulsions from your class.'
Thought Harue while rolling his eyes.
'If I was anyone else besides Midorya the protagonist they would have had to say goodbye to their lives at U.A' He continued while watching Deku breathe a sigh of relief.
And so the day came to an end, as everyone was beginning to leave the grounds.
Harue began to approach a leaving Todoroki.
"Hey Shoto right? My names Harue Dai your quirk's pretty amazing man it's like the complete opposite of mine" Harue had a bright smile on his face as he offered his hand up for a handshake.
Todoroki responded with a bank stare and ignored his raised hand and turned around and left while uttering only a single sentence.
" I'm not here to make friends."
"Hey what's your problem dude!!" Asked an annoyed Mina who heard the conversation.
"It's fine Mina." Replied Harue with his smile never leaving his face while inside he thought.
'Reminded you of Daddy dearest huh? Oh well,let's see how that arrogance of yours survive during the Sport festival'
And with that he began walking with Mina to the others and chatting about the day.
