Chapter 55 - Chapter 55 : Prime Linggis

Linggis still stared at his reflection in the mirror, trying to process the drastic change that had just happened. His long blonde hair felt strange, but what surprised him even more was how much lighter his body felt.

As he tried to stand up, his hand instinctively reached for the cane he usually relied on—but something felt different.

He didn't need the cane.

Linggis stood tall without difficulty. No burden, no imbalance.

His eyes widened, and he took a step. One step… two steps… his body moved smoothly, without any resistance.

All this time, the world had nerfed him, forcing him to depend on the cane. But now, after this transformation, that limitation seemed to have vanished.

The goddess smirked, seeing the shock on his face. "See? I didn't just turn you into a woman—I also freed your body."

Sola watched the scene with an expression full of intrigue. "So now you don't need a cane anymore… interesting."

Linggis clenched his fists, feeling the energy coursing through his body. "So this is what you meant? You wanted me to experience something different?"

The goddess stepped closer, lifting Linggis's chin with a single finger. "I just wanted to remind you, Linggis. You can't run from me. Not from your past, not from me."

Linggis narrowed his eyes but didn't back down. "I never planned to run."

The goddess smiled, but there was still unspoken anger in her gaze. "Good. Because from now on… we'll be playing by new rules."

Linggis knew his life had just plunged into even greater chaos. But this time, he was no longer bound by his former limitations.

Suddenly, something felt off. His vision blurred, as if his eyes had lost focus.

He blinked several times, but the blurriness remained.

"I think… something's still wrong," he murmured, looking at the goddess with a puzzled expression.

The goddess simply stared at him blankly. "Oh? What now?"

Linggis didn't answer. He immediately opened the system shop window in his mind, scanning through the list of available items.

After a few seconds, he found something that caught his attention—Round Transparent Eyes.

Without hesitation, Linggis purchased it.

The moment the item was confirmed, a soft light enveloped his eyes. The blurriness that had been bothering him disappeared instantly, replaced by sharper vision than before.

Linggis blinked a few times, then let out a relieved sigh. "Much better now."

The goddess raised an eyebrow, slightly surprised. "So you can still access the system, huh?"

Sola, who had been observing, smirked. "Looks like this change didn't make him lose everything."

Linggis gave a faint smile. "I won't let this world disrupt my balance."

But deep inside, he wondered—if this transformation was only the beginning, then what would happen next?

Linggis scanned his surroundings, making sure his vision had fully returned. Then, he turned to the goddess with an unreadable expression.

"I can access the system again… thanks to you, Angelia."

Angelia narrowed her eyes. "What do you mean?"

Linggis smirked slightly. "This new body of mine is different. It's as if I was reborn. That's why I can access the system again. But honestly, I never needed the system in the first place."

Sola watched their conversation with growing interest. "So, she's Angelia? The goddess who did this to you?"

Linggis nodded casually. "That's right. Sola, meet Angelia. A goddess, a powerful entity, and someone who still seems upset with me."

Angelia scoffed. "Upset? That's putting it lightly."

But before the conversation could escalate further, Linggis suddenly released his aura. The air around them shifted, the pressure in the room changed drastically.

"Enough talking. I want to test something."

In an instant, the space around them trembled, and in a single moment, they all teleported to a completely different place.

A vast desert stretched before them, endless, illuminated by the moonlight hanging in the night sky.

Sola surveyed the surroundings cautiously, while Angelia simply raised an eyebrow, as if she had already guessed what Linggis was about to do.

Linggis stood under the moonlight, then closed his eyes.

He took a deep breath, feeling the energy flowing through his new body.

And then, he unleashed it

A terrifying aura erupted from his body, pressing against everything around him. The sand trembled, the wind swirled wildly, and the moonlight seemed to shine even brighter, as if responding to his presence.

Linggis's body began to change. His muscles adjusted, his energy surged without limits.

He had returned to his prime.

His form now radiated absolute dominance, his aura deep and unfathomable. Sola felt the overwhelming pressure, rendering her speechless, while Angelia observed with an expression that was difficult to read.

The moonlight stood witness to the rebirth of a man—or now, a woman—who had long been restrained by the world.

But now, those restraints were gone.
