As the figures walk out into the open
it finally gives you a chance to look at the colossal figures there was a big mean looking one and a skinny scary looking one
"Soundwave, my loyal TIC, are you sure of the energon signal?" The skinny one doesn't reply but simply shows what looks to be a chart. "Hmm, very well. I will not question you. Search the area; I have an experiment to conduct." With that, the mean one steps through the portal, which closes, leaving the scary one with you.
The scary one then pulls out the chart again and starts to move around until he heads directly toward you. "No, I don't know what that thing is, but I will not be captured AGAIN." To my surprise, the boulder you were hiding behind gets lifted up and thrown aside as you realize he must have heard your gurgles. "I'm such an idiot."
The scary one, known as Soundwave, looks at you before reaching to grab you. When he does, you back up just out of his reach. I watched as a question mark seemed to appear on his face before he tried to pick you up again, which you dodged once more. This time, he stumbles back, looks at you, then straightens himself and speaks.
"Soundwave, investigate this energon signal. In all my years, I've never seen a signal like this. We must find and retrieve it," Soundwave said in the scary one's voice. I simply stared at him, not really knowing how to reply. He then knelt down and held out his hand to me, but I backed up. He saw this and repeated part of what he said: "We must find and retrieve it."
Either I stay here and die of starvation, or I go with a scary stranger who might help me... Eh, why not? What's the worst that can happen?
I climbed onto his hand, and he looked at me, nodded, and seemed to say something but didn't, as the green portal opened once again. He walked through. After exiting the other side, I felt really dizzy but managed to look around as Soundwave kept walking. The place seemed to be made of metal. I kept looking around until we suddenly came to a halt in front of a large door, which slowly opened.
When the door opened, I saw the mean-looking one sitting on a chair, staring at us. "Ah, Soundwave, tell me what did you fi—hmm, what are you holding?" I looked at the mean one, feeling his eyes practically peer into my soul. When Soundwave spoke, he looked up at him. "Energon signal," Soundwave said in the mean one's voice.
"Hmm, well, so this small scrap gave off that high of a signal? We will need to research it and see if this energon is safe. Go and take it to the lab." When the mean one said that, Soundwave didn't move and stared at him. "Hmm, is there something else you wish to show me? If so, I, Megatron, give you permission."
With that, I saw Soundwave look at me before tipping his hand, letting me fall to the ground with a SPLAT. A bit annoyed, I reformed myself and looked at Soundwave. "You mother-gurgle!" Soundwave then crouched down and offered his hand again. I climbed back on, turned around, and saw Megatron now standing with a slight look of surprise on his face.
Megatron then walked up to me and said, "So, what is it? Some sort of living energon?" I tried to reply, but it only came out as a gurgle. "Soundwave, go to your quarters and try to figure out what it is and how we can use it. Let me know what you discover." Soundwave nodded and left, carrying me in hand.
"I can tell this is going to be interesting."
