I was sitting on Soundwave's desk when he seemed to receive a message on his monitor. It was from Megatron, telling Soundwave to enact stage two.
"WhERe?" I gurgled.
Soundwave stayed silent before picking me up and walking to the deck. He then looked into the sky and pointed straight up.
"Space!!!" I gurgled in joy.
That was all he said? Before walking back inside, heading to the bridge where Megatron and Starscream were.
"Ahh, Soundwave and Y/N. I'm assuming you're here. We shall now begin the briefing," Starscream said, standing next to Megatron before he explained.
"As you may know, the Spacebridge is operational. We just need to get there and find our coordinates, since SOMEONE LET AN AUTOBOT DAMAGE OUR SHIP!!!" Megatron yelled, gesturing to Starscream.
"But there is a place on this primitive planet that can actually serve some use." A hologram of several radar dishes appeared in the middle of the room. "We will be able to use these to lock onto Cybertron, so I can raise my undead army and rule this world! Any questions?"
Both Soundwave and I raised a tendril to ask a question.
"Okay, Soundwave, what is your concern?"
Soundwave paused for a moment before playing a recording. "Freezing them will be able to hurt them."
Megatron thought for a moment before replying, "That is why Y/N will stay on the ship in case they come inside. Now, Y/N, what's your question?"
I tried my hardest to talk, and surprisingly, it came out clear. "Prime?"
Megatron glared at the name before replying with a hiss, "I will deal with him myself!!! Briefing over."
With that, we all walked back to our quarters to prepare for battle.
Timeskip
We were now in space. Soundwave and I were sitting in his quarters, waiting for orders from Megatron, which we soon received.
"Soundwave, lock onto Cybertron's coordinates."
Soundwave began typing while I sat still, waiting for my moment.
"Proceed with phase two."
Soundwave picked me up and threw me into his cockpit as he transformed and headed to Earth, to a place with many array dishes. After a while, we arrived, but instead of slowing down, Soundwave transformed, busting through the roof and extending one of his tendrils to a computer, seemingly sending coordinates.
Suddenly, the dishes moved to what looked like a bad position before a screechy voice came across the coms. "Soundwave, what is happening?"
Soundwave looked through the cameras before pulling up an image of three humans. He nodded before releasing a tendril into the room, stopping them from interrupting the sequence. I watched with a bit of humor as they tried so hard to stop something inevitable.
Soundwave grabbed the axe from the little girl's hands before driving it into the console, not letting them tamper with it. Once finished, Soundwave transformed and flew back to the ship with me in the cockpit. We arrived to see Megatron flying toward Optimus. We entered the ship and watched from the HUD room as the battle unfolded. That's when I noticed something.
"Autobots," I said, pointing a tendril at the cams where they were. Starscream, noticing this, informed Megatron, who looked at Optimus before flying toward his army.
I saw them turn something, and a bunch of sparks erupted. Knowing this wouldn't end well, I grew and transformed into my half form and made my way to the deck.
When I got there, I saw Megatron in the middle of the collapsing Spacebridge. Without thinking, I lunged off the ship, my body slowly freezing. When I reached him, it was nearly too late. I enveloped his body into my own.
"Y/N, what are you doing?!"
As I finally encased him and hardened myself, I said my first, and maybe last, sentence.
"Y/N protects Lord Megatron."
Everything faded to white as the explosion enveloped me, and I lost consciousness.
