Chapter 6 - CHAPTER SIX

His eyes rolled with excitement. He pulled her by the arm until her body was against his.

"It never crossed my mind that I'd find you here, Miss Robber.." He smacked his lips in excitement while maintaining a stern look.

She stared at him, confused. "Know who I am? I'm lost here. What are you talking about."

"This.. " he tightened his grip over her and pointed at the tattoo. "This tattoo over here."

The attention of everyone in the hall was fixed on them and the party had come to a halt. "What's wrong with my tattoo? I was never told it wasn't allowed.".

Williams scoffed, pissed by her persistent pretense. "What's going on, Williams? Why do you have the young lady?"

"It's nothing much Mom. I finally got a hold of the one I've been searching for. She's the one who countered my plans a few days back.."

Mrs. Albert fixed her gaze on the young lady whose identity had been divulged. "Isabella? That name sure rings a bell."

"Exactly mom. It only just occurred to me as well. She's Isabella, the leader of our biggest rival gang, the Bella goons."

William's mother was filled with rage. She charged forward, raised her hand and was going to land a slap on Isabella's face.

She caught it mid air, her eyes bloodshot. She dug into her dress and retrieved a revolver. "One wrong move from you and I wouldn't hesitate to blow your brains off."

Murmurs erupted in the room. About a dozen guns popped up as well, all pointing at members of the Albert's gangs. They were all Isabella's men she had managed to sneak in.

"Really? Do you really want to go this way!" Williams asked, still smiling at her. His eyes moved through her body and he had just one thought running through his mind.

Isabella scoffed. "Of course. Do you think I'll come into the enemy's camp without a good plan?"

He swallowed the saliva that had gathered in his throat, his eyes batting incessantly. "I like you, and like I said, I want you to be mine. That's the only reason I'm going to go soft on you." He paused, allowing his words to sink in.

"I'm going to strike a deal with you. If you're able to do that, then you would be free to go, and we can even be together.."

Isabella chuckled, "A deal? And what would that be?" Her eyes were fixed on Williams but she still maintained her gun pointed at his mother.

"Hand over the money you stole from us and I would let you go without a scratch."

Isabella bursted into laughter, her voice filling the room. "In your wildest dreams. You must be kidding me, right? What made you think I'll agree to something like that?"

"You value your life, don't you? I'm certain you wouldn't want to put your life at risk for such an amount."

"You kid me, right? Everyday, my life and yours inclusive, is at risk so this is absolutely nothing. To be sincere, I don't care if you kill me, but I'm not agreeing to that term of yours."

"Fine then.. you brought this upon yourself." Williams snapped his fingers in the air. A loud bang went off and immediately, a thick gas covered the room.

Isabella began to cough and her vision became blurry as well. "What is this?" She asked, struggling to remain standing.

A chuckle rang from Williams lips as he pulled closer to her. "I warned you, didn't I? Well, this is a special gas owned by the Albert gang and everyone of us here is immune to it… oh, except you and your men of course."

An evil laughter filled the air. "Don't worry, you've got nothing to worry about. You're not going to die but you'll be unconscious for a while."

Isabella struggled to remain standing, but her body failed her. The gas had seeped into her body and had weakened her defense.

She fell to the floor with a loud thud and so did her men. "Take them away!"

******

Isabella still felt dizzy when her eyes flung open. Her head was banging like it was being pounded by someone she couldn't see.

The moment she raised her head, she was shocked to see herself behind an iron bar.

She sprung to her feet but could move only a few inches. One hand and leg of hers had been fastened to a chain that ran into the wall.

"Damn It!" Her eyes darted around and around her were her men, all sprawled out beside her, and unconscious. "Hey! Get up already!" She shook the one closest to her with all her strength but he wouldn't budge.

She sighed, exhausted already.

"You shouldn't waste your time doing that. They should be awake soon enough!"

She recognized the voice without having to look up. She scoffed, gently shaking her head.

"You bastard! You won in the end.."

"Won? I haven't just yet. I would only admit to winning when I get my money back from you and also make you mine. You make my heart beat heavily, something I've never felt with anyone "

Isabella laughed maliciously. "Money? Me? What makes you think you're going to get any? I think you should just end my life already because you're not getting any money, and neither are you having me."

"Let's wait and wait.." He fired a shot from his gun into the air, causing a loud noise. Isabella's men jerked awake, panting with bated breath.

"The fun is about to start and I'm sure you are going to love it. I'm going to ask for the last time, get me the money. Let's be friends, and lovers.."

"And I'm standing on my words. I'm not giving ."

Williams whistled. Three hefty men came out of nowhere, opened the gate and took out one of the men.

"Where are you taking him to?" Isabella barked, infuriated. Her man struggled to free himself but it was him against those hefty Men. He stood no chance.

They took him off with him, ignoring his loud protests. The next thing that was heard was a loud gunshot and a loud yell from the man who had been taken off.

Isabella was dumbstruck.
