As dawn broke, File returned to the Moon-Lake Dormitory, ready to take Aina for her first day at the academy. Aina was already prepared, grabbing File's arm as the two walked together. For a moment, File felt a wave of nostalgia; he remembered the first time he took Hector to the academy, how he fought with every part of his soul to make him the hardest kid there.
Once at the academy, Aina was introduced to her homeroom teacher, who would also be her personal mentor. Upon realizing who it was, she froze in shock. She had expected a lot, but not this. Lost for words, she stood still like a statue when she learned that Sein Eleison, her very idol, would be her homeroom teacher and personal mentor.
Aina looked at File, who smiled and replied, "Hope you like Zachary's present."
With starry eyes, Aina approached her soon-to-be mentor.
"Hey there. You must be Aina White. I was told I would have another student," Sein said with a gentle and beautiful smile.
"Ye… yes, it's me… Ms. Sein Eleison," Aina stammered, sounding nervous in front of her idol.
"Well then, let's get going. Why don't you greet your classmates first? I'll join you shortly," Sein said.
"Yes, Mentor! Absolutely!" Aina exclaimed with a big smile that clearly reflected her inner happiness.
Sein walked over to meet File.
"Yo, it seems you've grown up," File remarked.
"Ah, come on, spare me the insults, would you?" Sein leaned against the wall beside File.
"Well, I guess you've grown up," File replied.
"So, anyway, File, it's actually more surprising that you came here to look out for her on your own," Sein continued.
"Is there something wrong with that?" File asked.
"Well, yeah, not really. You aren't exactly the most social type," Sein noted.
"Oh, what makes you say that?" File retorted.
"You barely gave us any guidance back then," Sein replied.
"Well, my job was to offer guidance to the Twelve Heroes, not babysit all of you. I mean, if guidance is telling you where to strike, how to strike, and what to use to strike against a monster, that's not guidance; that's babysitting. I might as well just do the job myself," File explained.
"Ah, there he is, the Mr. File we all know. Anyway, how did you manage to contact Night, anyway? None of us ever saw him again after the celebration," Sein asked.
File looked at Sein with a sarcastic expression. "Even after all these years, you still have no idea, do you?" he replied.
"Uh… no? We never heard anything from him. He just disappeared and then suddenly contacted me, asking to take Aina White as my student," Sein said.
"How the hell did they let you be a teacher?" File asked, maintaining his sarcastic demeanor.
"Uh, I'm not saying something's bad, am I?" Sein questioned.
"Nah, nothing. Just forget about it. Just take care of Aina; she idolizes you, so please don't act like an idiot," File urged.
"Ugh, and here I'm wondering why you never married," Sein said, teasingly.
"Yeah, can't argue with that," File replied. "Anyway, send Ray and your family my regards. I'll take Aina this afternoon." With that, File left the academy.
Sein then entered her classroom, discovering that Aina had already built relationships with many students. Her kind heart and cheerful, energetic personality truly made her well-received among her peers, which is what made Aina so loved.
"Okay, everyone, listen! Today we have a new friend. Aina, please step forward and introduce yourself," Sein said.
Aina stood up and walked to the front of the classroom. "I'm Aina White. I'll be studying here for the next two years. Nice to meet you all!" she exclaimed with bravery and enthusiasm. She was the type of person who didn't hesitate to get close to new people.
Sein felt relieved; after all, many students often found themselves in awkward situations during their early days. But Aina seemed to handle new acquaintances well—an essential skill for someone of royalty.
As time went on, Aina sat beside a girl named Elena, who was none other than Sein Eleison's second daughter. Elena's cheerful personality complemented Aina's perfectly, and the two quickly became best friends.
"You are Mrs. Sein's daughter?" Aina asked, shocked with excitement.
"Yes! And you're the Princess of Whiteford?" Elena responded.
Aina nodded, and both girls were amazed by each other's lives.
After class, Aina would go together with Elena to the Eleison family mansion. Afterward, she would attend her personal training with Sein from 2 PM to 5 PM. Sein drove both her daughter and Aina to their home, where every servant and family member greeted them.
It was clear that Aina's arrival was anticipated—after all, she was a princess from the strongest kingdom on the continent. There, she met Elena's older sister, Arieta Eleison.
As Aina began her training, she started with the basic holy magic, such as healing to ease the pain of wounds, followed by creating lights and summoning sanctuary grounds. To Sein's surprise, Aina was skilled in these areas.
In addition, Aina was tested in combat skills, and again to Sein's amazement, Aina's swordsmanship and spearmanship were not novice-level either. After all, File had trained her himself.
With this, the day concluded, and Sein already knew how far and where to start Aina's training.
Afterward, Aina was invited to dinner at the Eleison mansion, which she happily accepted. That night, Aina finally met every single member of the Eleison family.
