'what?, where am I and why is everything pitch black?'.these were my thoughts as i opened my eyes. I had no idea how I got here, wherever here was and I could see nothing but darkness .But not for long, as I spotted a bright light in the distance.
'uh, what is that?'. I wondered as I tried to get a closer look at it.
The light exuded a calming aura, as it glowed brighter and illuminated this dark and empty void.
I felt drawn to it, so drawn to it that I did not notice when I started to move towards it. It felt as if I had no control over my body, it felt like my thoughts and every action of mine was being controlled by the urge to be close to the source of that light.
'woah'. I thought, but that single word was not enough to describe what I was seeing, and what was it that left me so speechless you wonder?. Well non other than the source of the light itself, which was a being of gargantuan size clad in golden armour, with a large white cloak flowing behind it and wielding a greatsword with a golden handle and a winged hilt. The blade of the weapon looked sharp enough to cut through earth itself, and oh how it gleamed and shined. It was glorious.
But then suddenly the being turned to face me.
'' gulp''. I swallowed in fear, as I could not bring myself to lock eyes with such a being. But suddenly the armour clad being does something that makes the already increased levels of anxiety in me skyrocket even more, it vanishes from it's position and appears infront of me.
I felt my heart stop and my breath hitch,I was terrified. But then something truly terrifying happened, the being began to lift it's sword up. Grabbing the hillt with both hands and raising it high above it's head, before bringing the weapon down with speed a giant such as itself shouldn't be capable of.
-Narrator-
"Aaaaahhh". Suru screamed as he jolted out of bed his chest heaving up and down, he struggled to breath as he was still reeling from his experience. Placing a hand on his chest, he tried to calm himself down and for a while he just sat in bed pondering and replaying everything he saw in his head.
"was that really just a dream?". Suru wondered.
"But it felt so real". He said as he fell back down onto his bed, his arms spread out beside him.
"sigh, I can't be thinking about this right now tomorrow is a school day, I have to get some rest since I'm really gonna need it". And at that moment just as he closed his eyes, his alarm went of causing both him and his brother whom he shared his room with to immediately open their eyes. Lll
"cock aa doodle doo!". Suru's alarm was the cry of a rooster and it was louder than any of the other sounds on his phone for some reason. So loud that it caused both he and his brother to cover their ears.
"Turn it off!". Suru's brother yelled in annoyance.
"shut up I'm trying ok, you know my phone has problems with it's screen!". Suru whispered loudly. But it was too late...
"oya get up ooo, it's time for school". They heard, as their mum entered the room.
"Oh no, c'mon just give me five more minutes". Suru's brother said tiredly, as he laid his head on his pillow,preparing to go back to sleep. But their mum was having non of that, rolling her eyes she picked up the half full glass of water left on his bed side table and began to pour the contents of the glass onto his head.
"Aah". Suru's brother screamed as he jumped out of bed.
"oh good you're awake, now go get ready for school". She said, as if he woke up on his own and she didn't just dump a half full glass of water on his head.
"But mommy it's the first week of school, nobody is gonna be there!". Suru's brother said in indignation,causing his mum to sigh and shake her head.
"Timothy, I do not have time for your whining this morning so just shut up and go get ready, remember you'll be taking the bus this term but only in the morning, that's why you have to wake up early. We talked about this before and I do not want to hear any complaints from either you or suru, got it? ". She said
" yes ma". They chorused.
"Good, now for the third time go get ready". She said, as she exited their room.

"sigh, I'm blaming you for this". Timothy said, glaring at me.
"oh, shut up lazy bones". I said rolling my eyes.
