"It is time for you to descend… Do you have to go already, Kelios?" Hestia asked, her voice tinged with worry. "The mortal world is currently the most unsafe place for a Familia with no significant standing. Crime organizations are rampant, and with the disbandment of the Zeus and Hera Familias, the powerhouses—like the Freya Familia and the Loki Familia—are struggling to control the chaos in Orario. Especially after the Familia wars they've waged against each other and other Familias. You should wait a little longer. You might even be sent back immediately since you won't have anyone to protect you securely."
Hestia handed Kelios a detailed update she had prepared using the relic he created for her. It contained information about the daily activities reported by Artemis and Athena, along with their current locations. Through the artifact, they had established a link channel, allowing Hestia to communicate with both goddesses.
The relic, akin to a world item—unique and irreplaceable—was tied inherently to Kelios's Authority. Attempts to create something similar with similar effect had failed, as its ability seemed to bypass any mechanism to create communication. To ensure its safety, Kelios implemented a recall feature that would return the artifact to Hestia if it ventured too far from her a feature reminiscent of the sword of a certain son of Posiedon.
"Currently, Artemis is exploring the outskirts of Orario with her newly established Familia. I wish she'd started sooner so I wouldn't have to worry about you, Kelios. And Athena? Well, she's become a bookworm, with her Familia assisting her in managing Guild affairs. So, I guess you'll have some leeway with her help. Other than that, there isn't anyone I trust to take care of you besides Hephaestus… but I don't want to take advantage of her."
Hestia's troubled expression softened as Kelios placed a comforting hand on her shoulder. He had grown accustomed to her overthinking after all, centuries of knowing her and having been raised by her had given him an idea of her thoughts.
"It's alright, Hestia," Kelios said with a gentle smile. "I've thought this through. You know I plan everything carefully." He reached out and gave her a few reassuring head pats.
Now standing at six feet tall, Kelios's growth had finally stopped. With the appearance of an 18-year-old despite his true age, he had a lean, toned physique honed under Hephaestus's tutelage.
"Alright then… make sure to reach the residence safely. It's close to many slums and crime-ridden Familia territories. It's bound to be dangerous…" Hestia trailed off, sadness evident in her voice. The thought of slums existing in Orario deeply upset her—home and family were her domains, and the struggles of Orario's citizens weighed heavily on her heart.
"Don't worry. I'll establish a Familia soon and within a decade I eliminate organization, so when you're ready to descend, you'll have something to look forward to," Kelios reassured her. After gently prying the petite goddess off him, Kelios bid his farewell under Hestia's blessing.
Once in the mortal realm, Kelios had a clear plan: establish his Familia, recruit loyal members, and stabilize their position within Orario. He estimated it would take about a decade to gather enough strength to collaborate with the Astrea Familia in wiping out the city's crime organizations.
And Kelios was confident, after 200 years of research and preparation he had developed a unique system through himself and his relic to enhance Excelia growth. By tying his Familia members' development to specific quests/tasks aligned with his Authorities, they could gain Excelia in ways no other Familia could. Tasks like stopping crime, forging a reputation among adventurers, crafting support relics, studying magic tied to nature, and demonstrating loyalty would ensure passive growth.
To support his vision, Kelios created relics capable of passively storing Excelia, which could be transferred to his Familia members to boost their stats. His secret training gym, concealed within another relic, ensured their rapid growth methods would remain undiscovered by rival Familias. It would take around half an year for level 1 adventures to reach SS stats and 1 year to fully reaching SSS. Once they began leveling to level two it would really depend on effort.
Recruitment was key. Using his Talent Seeker relic, Kelios planned to identify talents and orphans in Orario. While his abilities were sealed, his Authority over loyalty and justice unconsciously attracted individuals seeking purpose. Not all members would be dungeon raiders supporters and craftsmen were just as crucial to his foundation. By introducing innovative support relics to Orario through the Guild, Kelios would ensure his Familia's recognition and goodwill.
Currently, the ongoing feud between major Familias spared newer groups from involvement, thanks to established rules. This gave Kelios a critical window to prepare. With Astrea's Familia recently established, it was only a matter of time before her efforts against Orario's criminal underbelly would take shape.

The mortal world was breathtaking. Compared to Earth, the natural beauty and vibrancy of Orario stood out. Yet, the city bore signs of its troubled times. The insecurity and mistrust were palpable among merchants, adventurers, and regular citizens.
Kelios avoided Ouranos intentionally; the god would confiscate most of his relics if he descended through conventional means. Using a one-time-use artifact, Kelios transported directly to gate of his residence left for him.
From there, he walked to the Guild, taking no chances as he activated a stealth relic to deter any desperate thieves or would-be attackers. The Guild's main building, the Pantheon, was conveniently close to his residence, allowing him to arrive in just half an hour.
"You've finally arrived, Kelios. Ouranos has been expecting you," a soft voice called from the entrance.
The Guild staff manager led Kelios through the corridors to the chamber where Ouranos resided.
"Why didn't you descend through regular means, Kelios? I might owe you a favor, but don't think I'll overlook any… questionable actions. If you're hiding something big, I might have to take a closer look at those relics of yours," Ouranos said, his deep voice tinged with amusement.
The old god began stretching his shoulders. "Still… I'll admit, it's been centuries since my back pain vanished, all thanks to that throne artifact you made for me."
Kelios sighed, folding his arms. "You've taken 50% of the artifacts I've created over the centuries, you old man. Some of them are irreplaceable! I've come to establish a Familia—not to engage in useless banter."
The Guild staff gasped at the bluntness, while Ouranos simply chuckled. "Well then, let's see what chaos you bring to the 'greatest city' on the continent, Kelios. I already have your stamp of approval to establish a Familia." He looked forward to what the recently god known by the heavens as the "favored one" would bring to the Orario. As he saw Kelios Depart.
"The favored one has descended to Orario I look forward to see how Loki and Freya react"
