Silas's POV
I didn't even take a bath today—I was just sitting beside Evan like he was my own brother. Well, it doesn't matter whether he is my brother or not because humanity comes first.
I don't know why, but I felt like if I left the room , who knows, the killer might come.
That's why I wasn't leaving the room. But then, the police called Atlas again to ask him some questions. When he left, I stayed with Evan.
Three hours later, he came back.
"What did the police ask? And did they find out who the killer was?" I asked as Atlas sat down. He looked damn tired.
"They haven't found the killer yet. They don't even know what the killer looks like because none of the victims saw his face."
"Didn't one victim survive? Did he not see anything either?"
