Silas's POV
"Damon, can we talk alone for a moment?"
As I said this, Damon gestured toward Atlas, signaling him to leave. Atlas understood and quietly exited the room.
"Mr. Damon, are you sure you want him to be my bodyguard?" I asked.
"Why are you asking? Do you not like him? Did he make you uncomfortable or do something wrong?"
"I just don't feel comfortable around him. He sticks his nose into my matters. And who even told him my apartment number and floor?"
"No one. Who would tell him?"
"Then what was he doing at my door? I know he's my bodyguard and comes to deliver my patches, but it feels strange. I've never felt this way before."
Damon listened to me, occasionally glancing outside.
