Silas's POV
As I glanced at him, his eyes were scanning the apartment from outside.
"Silas, your cheek looks swollen. That's why I brought this patch… Here, apply it."
"You can go back now." As I spoke, his eyes turned toward me, and without saying anything, a creepy smile appeared on his lips.
"You're alone at home, Silas? Is your manager not here?"
Well, as a bodyguard, I know they sometimes worry about their artists, but his concern felt… different. My eyes locked onto him.
"Why are you asking?"
"I'm just worried about you, that's all. But if you're uncomfortable, I'll take my leave."
He left, but I still didn't believe he was actually gone. Stepping out the door, I glanced at the elevator. The numbers were going down. He really left. I went back inside and locked the door.
"Am I being too sensitive these days?"
