Today, Mahbubur Rahman, along with Shams and his trusted butler Akram, came to the Bangladesh Cricket Control Board (BCCB) office to take charge of it as the 5th President. After Mahbubur sent the counteroffer, he had multiple negotiations with the government in the last two days, and both parties were satisfied with the outcome.
Although the government didn't give the license for opening a Private TV Channel, they did give a license for opening a Multimedia Company to Rahman Group with permits to open multiple newspapers, magazines & very importantly the license for Radio Station.
Also, the government will not have any type of interference with the board or related personnel and will help when necessary. In return, Mahbubur Rahman will enter BCCB as the President to smooth out the relationship of the current regime with the international sports community and if possible with the business community without affecting the reputation of the Rahman Group.
And if Mahbubur could, it would be better to develop cricket in Bangladesh domestically & internationally as this is one of the sports where Bangladesh has the potential to attend the World Cup in the next few years and also have a sufficient fanbase.
So after finalizing the secret deals with the government, Mahbubur now came to meet the previous President of BCCB to take over from him. Just last year KZ Islam, a renowned sports administrator of the country was elected as the 4th President but as he was not useful to the government now, he was coerced to return to his previous post – General Secretary.
If it was any other person of his capability, he might directly leave the board, but KZ is very passionate about cricket, so he decided to stay on the board. And the main thing is he can't actually offend anyone involved, nor can he confront Ershad or Mahbubur – Tow Giants.
Rather he finds it might be beneficial for the cricket board to have a rich and influential President. So last night he specifically called Mahbubur Rahman and conveyed his support and invited him to the stadium to watch the match between Dhaka Abahani & Dhaka Mohamedan SC of Dhaka Cricket League – The biggest Rivals of Bangladesh's domestic sports circuit and complete the official procedure for transferring power after that.
So as soon as KZ saw Mahbubur, he went towards him enthusiastically and welcomed him. After exchanging some pleasantries while walking, they reached the VIP Box to watch the match. Meanwhile, Shams who was with them, if one looked at him closely could find that he was clearly baffled by something. And there is a very good reason for that.

Shams who was accompanying his grandpa today for his big day was happy since the last night when the deal was successfully concluded between his grandpa and the government, which gave chance to enter the media and news business.

But as soon as he entered the VIP Box, he heard a mechanical sound and a bluish screen opened in front of him. He was startled by this but he managed to calm himself down quickly while looking at the screen in front of him.

Just as Shams thought he was hallucinating, he saw multiple screen tabs of different colors open in front of his eyes at the top of every person in front of him. Although shocked, after pondering for a while, he understood that he might have gotten the legendary Golden Finger which he read in a few web novels his last life while stuck in the infamous traffic jam of Dhaka.
