A young boy wakes up ' Huh,where am I?, i am not dead? Huh what happened to my body. '

He started to look around to find what is this world and where is he. The existence of ruins proved the existence of intelligent life.

He saw a crashed carriages and with alot of dead bodies around them. The bodies of humans and creatures he never saw in his previous world.

The smell around the area is pretty bad but it's nothing compared to smell of oral cancer patients and formalin or other smells I encountered as a doctor
He suddenly noticed a female fighter with heavy injuries and a girl unconscious.
The female figther picked up a weapon and aimed at him.
" Don't worry I am not going to hurt you. I can save the girl beside you. Trust me "
Suddenly the female lost consciousness and the weapon fell from he hand.
Arnold moved quickly if she was okay. After checking her he let out a sigh as she just fell unconscious due to the injury but it will endanger her life if not dealt in a certain amount of time.
He quickly shifted his attention to the young girl who was unconscious and lying on the ground. He checked her if she was okay.
" Crap, she is not breathing and her nerves are weak but still working. I need to perform a cpr "
He started to perform the cpr by pressing her chest in a rhythm very hard ( pressing a person very hard is the correct way to perform cpr ) and giving her air through mouth-to-mouth and repeating the process after some time
"Gasp"
The girl took a long gasp and started to breath slowly but still was unconscious. Arnold took a breath of relief.
"Sigh, thank god that i was here if not they probably would have been dead without even knowing. I guess my experience as a doctor still comes in handy in the other world as well"
After taking some long breaths then shifting his attention towards the the female fighter who was suffering from injuries and trying to figure out how to treat her injuries.
' I don't know this place and I don't have any medical equipment with me, how am I going to take care of her'
