Arnold was desperate to save the female fighter quickly. If more time was wasted then she could die due to injuries and as a mindset of a doctor he couldn't let it happen.
[Well if it's the potion you want then you already have one]

Arnold was certain he didn't have any potion on him when he checked his body.
[Near, your left sleeve , in a secret pocket]
Arnold took of his coat and checked near his left sleeve, there was indeed a small hidden pocket . In it there was a hexagonal vial with a maroon color liquid in it.
"This is the potion right,"
[Yes, just open the vial and make her drink the liquid.] The system replied.
Arnold did as told, he opened the the vial and made her drink it, immediately after she drank the potion her body started to glow and her injuries started to disappear in rapidly.
"Why is she still unconscious? "
Arnold asked the system why doesn't she seem to wake up after her injuries had disappeared.
[She is exhausted and her body has lost a lot of blood, it will take some time before she wakes up]
"Sigh, at last my streak of not letting any patients under my watch still continues even after death" Arnold in his previous life never had any patients expire in his custody, well except one.
