Chapter 45 - Chapter 45: The Deadly Attack

"Ha? Our Chinese rich are really aggressive. Okay, since you're so tough, I'll tell you straight. My brother is a little short of money recently, so I want to borrow some from you. We're neighbors, so I guess you won't refuse me!" Seeing Jiang Hai stand so firm in the encirclement, Faraday Wilson couldn't help but be stunned for a moment before laughing.

It seemed this guy hadn't figured out the situation yet!

There were eleven people on Faraday's side, including him, while there was only one on Jiang Hai's side. Eleven to one—where was Jiang Hai getting his confidence from? It seemed like he had calculated that Jiang Hai was just being timid, and the playful expression on his face intensified.

"Oh, sorry, I don't know you well, so I don't want to lend you money," Jiang Hai chuckled disdainfully and replied without thinking. Hearing this, everyone around couldn't help but look at each other and then laugh.

"Oh, what a pity, you yellow-skinned monkey. You don't really think Faraday is negotiating with you, do you? If you do, then let me put it another way—rob him now, take out the money." After laughing, another white man next to Faraday grinned and said to Jiang Hai, his face fierce.

"Oh, I understand what you're saying, but it's a pity, I'm not giving you money. On the contrary, you've delayed me for so long, so you'll have to compensate me for the loss, white-skinned pig." Shaking his head, Jiang Hai spread his hands and looked at these people with a face that deserved a beating. His index fingers were raised as he made contemptuous remarks and gestures, further provoking them.

After hearing Jiang Hai's words, these people were stunned again because his current situation seemed to be deviating from the script.

Before coming here, they had already considered Jiang Hai's possible reactions.

The first was to give the money willingly.

The second was to delay time and claim he had no money on him, which would give them an excuse to beat him up, making it easier to ask for money later.

The third was to hold out, call the police, or contact Robbins to come to rescue him.

The fourth was to fight back.

The only thing they hadn't considered was that Jiang Hai didn't seem to take these people seriously at all.

Too arrogant—who was robbing whom? And he dared to stand on American soil and call these people "white pigs." This guy was asking for trouble! Thinking of this, they exchanged looks, got out of the car without a word, and glared at Jiang Hai. But Jiang Hai still stood there, smiling at them as if he didn't know their intentions.

"F**k you!" Seeing Jiang Hai's smile, a white man finally couldn't take it anymore. He immediately went up and punched Jiang Hai in the face. But just as his fist was about to land, a hand blocked it, and Jiang Hai's originally smiling face turned cold.

"You guys started it first, so I'm going to fight back!" Jiang Hai said calmly while looking at them.

"Who's the one? Let go, I'll give you back, Lao Mu!" Hearing Jiang Hai's words, the man whose fist was caught shouted loudly, then kicked Jiang Hai in the stomach. But Jiang Hai was faster.

With a swift kick of his right foot, he struck the guy's knee with force, causing the man to spin half a circle before collapsing. As the man finally regained his balance, Jiang Hai's grip tightened, pulling his arm. The man screamed as pain surged through him.

"Let's go together!" Seeing his ally subdued, Faraday froze for a moment, then shouted, waving his hand as he and his men charged toward Jiang Hai. At this, Jiang Hai couldn't help but smile slightly.

He exerted force with his right hand, and there was a crisp crack as the white man's arm snapped. The man immediately lost all fighting ability, rolling on the ground in pain, tears and snot streaming down his face.

These little hooligans were just that—hooligans. They weren't soldiers, desperadoes, or athletes. Such pain far exceeded their tolerance. If they didn't faint from the pain, even if they could endure it, did they really want to continue fighting? But unfortunately, at this time, no one paid attention to the man writhing on the ground because Jiang Hai had already charged in and started fighting with the rest.

Jiang Hai's physical strength was at the upper limit of human capabilities. Though his combat experience wasn't the best, his physical prowess was far beyond what these men could compare to. Of course, he was outnumbered ten to one, which made him a little uneasy. But the situation was dire, and he had no choice but to fight. He had the identity of a rich man, and if it came to it, he had a thousand ways to deal with these guys, but right now they were face to face. Jiang Hai wasn't willing to back down—this would be a battle of strength.

With a "bang!" Jiang Hai reached Faraday first, kicking him in the chest. The powerful impact echoed through his chest, sending him flying and knocking down the three people behind him. Before they could recover, Jiang Hai turned around and attacked to the left. Though he'd never practiced fighting, Jiang Hai knew that if he wasn't ruthless, he'd be the one to fall. So he attacked mercilessly, aiming for the eyes to maim. Spotting the ruthless bastard on the left, Jiang Hai stepped up and punched him directly in the nose. The feeling from his fist told him the punch would shatter the guy's nose, which would be considered a light blow.

The man was stunned by the punch. He collapsed to the ground and passed out.

Though this punch took down one person, Jiang Hai's punch had drained his energy. Afterward, his center of gravity faltered. The other side had already surrounded him, throwing punches and kicks one after another. Jiang Hai protected his head, taking five punches and three kicks. When a gap appeared, he broke free and rushed in front of three of the attackers, landing a right hook on the man on the right. The force knocked him off the ground, sending him crashing into another man. Both fell out of the fight, and Jiang Hai seized the opportunity to grab the guy still hitting him. Without a word, he slammed his head into the guy's.

But was Jiang Hai's strength like an ordinary person's? No—this man wasn't prepared, and he collapsed backward, bleeding from his face. At that moment, Jiang Hai was hit with another punch and kick.

He spun around, grabbing the right leg of the bastard who'd kicked him from behind with his right hand. With a flying kick, he sent the other man flying. Then, he pointed his left finger at the bastard's knee, slamming it down with force.

With a sharp snap, the man's knee bent inward like a dog's.

"Ah!" Screaming in pain, the man lost his balance and crashed to the ground. At this moment, Faraday and his men, who had been knocked down earlier, stood up and surveyed the scene, looking at the four disabled people. Only the one who had been knocked out earlier and the one Jiang Hai had kicked out remained unhurt. The remaining four were visibly shaken.

They had been wondering—was Jiang Hai not afraid of death? Did he really dare to fight them under such circumstances?

But it turned out it wasn't that Jiang Hai wasn't afraid of death; it was that he could "dismantle Nizi and control his fortune." He wasn't afraid of them at all.

So what if one person was fighting eleven? It wasn't that he couldn't win. At this point, these bastards were already a little intimidated.

"You guys go ahead, I'll go get the weapons from the car!" Seeing their fear, Faraday shouted immediately. Hearing his words, these guys hesitated but still charged toward Jiang Hai. They didn't want to go back for the weapons, but in the time they hesitated, Jiang Hai had already knocked two of them down. One appeared to have a broken arm, and despite his other arm still being intact, Jiang Hai had knocked him down and kicked him in the chest. The force caused him to bleed heavily, and it was clear his internal organs were injured, with his ribs likely broken.

If the four of them went back to grab weapons now, none of them would make it out alive. So they gritted their teeth and rushed forward.

Jiang Hai licked the blood from the corner of his mouth, noting that despite dealing with six of them, he wasn't unscathed. In fact, with his current physical fitness, if he knew some fighting techniques, these guys would have already been lying down. But since he didn't know how to fight, he had to take a few punches. Fortunately, he had protected his head, so only a punch to his face had caused a small bleed from his mouth.

Now, looking at the three men charging toward him, Jiang Hai had no intention of letting them go.

With a step, his body shot forward like a cannonball. Both fists struck the chests of the two men on either side, knocking them away. The man in front of him tried to kick Jiang Hai in the lower body, clearly aiming to kill him.

Even if Jiang Hai was injured by the kick and thrown in prison for a few years, it would be better than being beaten to a pulp with broken bones!

But as the man's foot approached, Jiang Hai's mind worked quickly. He leapt up to avoid the kick, and with his right elbow, he struck the man's head from above. The sound of cracking reached his ears. He wasn't sure if the skull or the cervical vertebrae had broken, but if it was the former, the man might still survive. If it was the latter, surviving would be worse than death!
