Vali got up from where he was laying and draped his arm around Maeve before she could answer.
"Hey I'm Vali, this is Maeve, and that's my brother Narfi over there."
Narfi waved his hand. "Thank you so much for helping us, we don't really know how to drive."
Vali gave Narfi an angry look like he didn't want to look stupid in front of people so Narfi changed the subject. "What kind of creature are you?"
Lugh laughed a little bit, "I think you noticed already that I'm from the sea."
"You're a shapeshifter." Maeve managed to say. I saw you turn from a seal into a human!"
Lugh nodded politely. "This is a land of people that carry within them many forms and secrets, however I would advise for you to stay away from the water in the future."
Maeve nodded, "ok." as if she were hypnotized. She smiled too sweetly for Vali's comfort.
Vali made a protective face. "What are you trying to do with Maeve, talking like that?"
