It was a full moon night and the khaos famous we all gathered together, tonight smart there are two year anniversary, for the celebration was overshadowed by a lucrative contract they had just received worth millions of Dollars.

They had blindly accepted the offer, ignoring the reasons behind why other notorious assassins declined the job offer. They are accepted the offer upon hearing the amount of the money.

Four members were sent out to execute the task given to them, they got to their victims residence and bypass the locks with ease.

All the workers were all asleep in their various rooms and didn't hear what was going on, they got to their victims room successfully. He laid on her bed peacefully and one of them quickly waste in market aiming for the neck with deadly precision. One of them took the head and put it in a bag they came with and fled the scene leaving the victims family to a disastrous shock.

The next morning, Amanda was the first to go to Madame Joyce's room, she usually gives her some morning tea every morning. but today was different. Amanda opened Madame Joyce's room and immediately the tray fell from her hands, she immediately screamed and passed out. The rest of the helpers ran to the scene and couldn't believe what they had just seen. A body without a head.

" What are we going to do"? Kelly the house keeper asked, her face were swollen from crying. 

" Who's going to tell her sons? I can't do it. who knows what they'll do to us"? Howard the gatekeeper said. 

" The first person to see the body must call them". Danielle the cleaner spoke. 

Immediately Amanda froze in fear.

" No!! I just went to give her some morning tea like i always do". Amanda said. 

" And you were the first to see the body, so that makes you responsible or fit enough to be the one to make the call" Howard said.

" Ain't you the gatekeeper? what were you doing when they entered"?Amanda defended.

" Look! we're running out of time the body is still there, Howard call the police, Amanda I'm afraid to break it to you but you're the one calling her sons". Danielle spoke.

In no time, the police arrived and the mansion was surrounded. Questioning were going on and the Lorentz brothers were already on the first flight to London.

By the time the Lorentz brothers arrived at the Mansion, the body had already been taken away and just the Helpers were still in the mansion. Amanda on the other hand was shaking with fear, she knew what they were capable of, although Jonal can be a bit merciful but Devin? Just the sound of his names sends shivers down her spine. He's merciless, A devil in human form.

" Who was the first to see the body"? Devin asked.

" I.....I.....I aa..am...the one sir" Amanda stammered.

" And you are"? He asked 

" Her personal maid sir. I.. alwa..ys..giv....give her so..some..mor..morning tea" Amanda replied. 

" And none of you heard anything or saw anyone leaving "? He asked. 

There was a complete silence but Andy the gardener raised his hands.

" yes"? Devin spoke. 

" I saw someone leaving but i had thought it was probably one of Madam's visitors because she usually have visitors late at night ".

Suddenly the door bell rang and Jonal went to get it.

" Penny"? He called and she immediately hugged him.

" I'm sorry my love, it was all over the news this morning " she said not letting go of him, Jonal seemed to really need it as he sank himself into her.

" Everything is going to be alright,okay?" .

They stood still for a while before he finally let go, she wiped his cheeks clean of the tears that had managed to roll down. 

" let me help you with your bag" Jonal offered as they entered. 

" Hey Devin " she called " Sorry for the loss, you'll be alright ". She said and he only nodded as Penny went upstairs with Jonal. 

" Each of you, pack your bags and leave at once, If i discover that any of you had an hand in this... I'm sure you know what will happen " He said with authority.

" Yes sir" they said in chorus.

" Do not mention any of this to anybody, leave at once". He commanded and they all rushed out to back their bags.

" What are you guys planning "? Penny asked.

" For now, we'll be leaving for the police station ". Jonal replied. 

" And" ? Penny asked, knowing that wasn't all " Don't tell me you're going after those criminals yourself " she said.

" Look Penny, as much as I'll hate to i can't. They took our mother's life. Have you seen Devine? he haven't cried or try to act sad, his eyes are clear and he's hurting deeply even if i let it slide he wouldn't, And he's my brother, i must support him" Jonal said.

" I'm just scared Jonal, I don't want to loose you, you knew what happened the last time. I can't bear that pain again" Penny said.

" I'll be fine my love, nothing will happen to me " he said and kissed her forehead. She could only stare at him.....

" how is Jonah doing, I know this must be hard for him to take in at once but I hope he is okay"? Elena asked over the phone. 

"He's trying to be ok". Penny replied. 

" Who would have done such a thing? a body with a missing head". Elena said in disbelief. 

" We don't yet, but I'm just scared for Jonal, I hope he doesn't get into any kind of mess again. Not now that he's going to be a father ". Penny said.

" Speaking of which, have you told him yet"? Elena asked 

" No Lena, he's still in much pain right now. I'm just waiting for the right time to tell him". Penny replied. 

" Alright gurl, don't hesitate to anytime soon at least that will bring him some joy" Elena said. 

" what if he isn't ready to be a father yet? you know how Jonal can get". Penny said. 

" Don't say that Penny, You know Jonal loves you alot and whatever makes you happy also makes him happy. he won't reject the pregnancy don't worry ok?" Elena assured. 

" Alright girl. thanks" Penny said

" Take care of Jonal and call me okay?" Elena said. 

" Sure. Thanks ". 

As she hung up she heard the sound of cars being ignited, worry was written all over her face as she feared he might get injured considering the kind of criminals they were dealing with. The sound of cars driving out made her drop the phone and came out. She looked through the window and noticed that they were gone. She sighed heavily realising she wasn't safe on her own, it was time she acted on her own.
