Kael had never given much thought to what some called "the light at the end of the tunnel." To him, life was nothing more than a sequence of insignificant events, devoid of any greater purpose.
But now, standing before the unknown, he began to reconsider. His existence—pathetic, devoid of value—had culminated in something few could ever imagine: an encounter with a goddess. Not only that, but she had offered him a second chance. Many would consider such an opportunity a blessing, a divine gift.
Kael, on the other hand, just wanted to disappear.
Yet, something inside him stopped him from refusing. Perhaps it was pride, or a buried desire to prove that he could be more than a man defeated by his own existence. He decided to move forward, even without any concrete hopes.
Now, cold sweat trickled down his face as he walked through a strange, oppressive place. A tunnel, perhaps... if one could even call that suffocating environment a tunnel. The air felt heavy, as if it carried the judgments of thousands of souls.
How did he die? Kael didn't care to remember. Murder? Plane crash? Hit by a car? Maybe he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. In the end, it didn't matter. His life had been miserable enough for the cause of his death to feel irrelevant.
Accepting the end was the only option he had left. And to be honest, maybe it was for the best: to erase everything, forget that useless life, and move on—or at least try.
And then he followed the goddess...
"Congratulations, Mom and Dad! It's a healthy baby boy!"
The excited, unfamiliar female voice struck his mind like lightning. Kael didn't understand a single word of what was said, as though the language was completely alien. Yet, the emotion in the voice was unmistakable.
His thoughts jumbled as he felt a strange compression around his body, followed by a sudden release. Bright light blinded his eyes, and the sounds around him seemed distorted—muffled and deafening at the same time.
'Did I... really just get born? I thought that goddess was just threatening me…' he wondered, incredulous.
The warmth of the hands holding him and the softness of fabric wrapping his newly formed body confirmed what seemed impossible.
'What the hell is going on here? Wait… does this mean the light at the end of the tunnel is the light passing through… from the woman… No! That's not important!' Kael thought to himself.
"He's beautiful!" The strange voices continued, and though he couldn't understand them, he felt a strange warmth spreading through his body. Someone was holding him.
'Huh? Why do I now...'

"So cute!" the woman said, holding him.
'What the hell is this?' he questioned, staring at the message in a floating blue box, like a screen from a very strange game.
'It really is a game…' he agreed.
'At least I can understand what they're saying, that's a good sign. It would be complicated to have to relearn everything about language, forget mine, and switch to a new one… that wouldn't work,' he concluded.
Then he noticed...

As soon as the message disappeared, his perception changed drastically. He could now see with absolute clarity, even in the limited surroundings. His eyes turned to the woman holding him. She was stunning.
Her smile was bright and welcoming, with red hair framing a face that radiated kindness. Kael couldn't help but think:
'This feels strangely comforting… Is she my mother?'
As he contemplated the face of this incredible woman, his mind struggled to process what he was feeling. There was something about her that transcended appearance: a warm, protective aura.
"He has your eyes, dear," the woman said, looking at the man beside her as she cradled Kael in her arms carefully.
Kael tried to move his eyes in the direction of the man, curious to see who the other figure responsible for bringing him into this new world was. However, his movements were still limited, and he couldn't see much beyond what was directly in front of him. Still, something caught his attention: the environment around him seemed… unusual.
He noticed a sturdy wooden wall adorned with wax candles that cast a flickering, soft light, dancing in the shadows of the room. The scene looked like it had come straight out of a medieval fantasy book.
'Huh?' Kael blinked, confused, as his eyes took in more details. 'What the hell…?'
His attention was drawn to something beyond. The window near the bed where he lay revealed a glimpse of the outside world. His eyes, enhanced by his new trait, absorbed every detail: majestic mountains reaching the sky, creatures flying around towers in the distance, and lush vegetation glowing faintly, as if it were pure magic.
'A magical world?' he thought, feeling a mix of disbelief and fascination.
The contrast with his previous life was overwhelming. There, everything was gray, monotonous, and purposeless. Here, every detail pulsed with vitality and energy, as if even the air itself was filled with something special.
'Where am I?' Kael kept wondering, even as the days turned into weeks.
During that time, he began to learn more about the woman who had brought him into this new world: his mother.
Her name was Elion Scarlet. She was a fascinating woman, with radiant beauty and a charming demeanor. Sweet and gentle, Elion had immense affection for Kael, devoting herself to caring for him with a devotion he had never experienced in his previous life.
However, it didn't take long for him to realize that his mother was not as simple as she appeared.
One memory in particular stood out to him. It happened during a stroll through the nearest town. Elion held Kael in her arms as they walked through cobblestone streets bustling with vendors, guards, and townsfolk. Kael watched everything with curiosity, trying to understand this new world.
Then something happened. A man, clearly drunk, stumbled toward them, shouting incoherently. He tried to grab Elion, but before Kael could even process what was happening, he saw the darker side of his mother emerge.
With a fluid, almost imperceptible motion, Elion pushed the man away with a force that didn't match her delicate appearance. The impact sent him crashing into a nearby wall, where he lay unconscious. Her eyes, once filled with sweetness, turned cold as ice for an instant.
Kael was shocked. Was this the same woman who cradled him with so much love? He realized then that there was something much deeper and more dangerous behind that gentle smile.
As for Kael's father… that was a mystery that only deepened as time went on. Since the day he was born, he hadn't seen him again.
'Who is he? Why isn't he here? Did he die? Or did he just leave?' Kael wondered as he stared at the magical sky through the window of his room.
His name, however, fortunately, remained the same. But now, it was Kael Scarlet. He hadn't yet gotten used to the sound of it, but he was happy that his name hadn't changed—it had, after all, been with him for twenty years.
Though he was grateful for a new chance at life, Kael soon realized that his new existence came with a series of… unexpected challenges.
He had already gotten used to his inability to control his own limbs. After all, he was a baby, and that came with the territory. Even the lack of control over his body's basic functions, something that had initially caused him some embarrassment, didn't bother him as much anymore.
But the real problem… was her.
"It's time to feed, my little one," Elion said with a sweet smile as she picked him up.
Kael barely had time to process the sentence before he was placed against the woman's chest. Elion, with slow, deliberate movements, removed the bra that could barely contain her voluptuous curves.
'God... this is torture,' Kael thought desperately, trying to look away from that overwhelming sight.
He couldn't ignore the fact that his mother was, to say the least, absurdly attractive. Her perfect features and flawless body only made matters worse. 'Why does she have to be so... sexy? That's not fair!
Of course, he understood that for a normal baby this would be something innocent and natural. But for someone like him, who was fully aware of his previous life, embarrassment was inevitable.
And worst of all was the way she looked at him. That gentle, caring, almost angelic smile made Kael want to disappear. It was as if she had no idea of the devastating effect that her sheer beauty had on him.
"You're so adorable when you're blushing like that!" Elion said as she stroked his cheek with her delicate fingers, her eyes shining with maternal affection.
Kael felt a wave of warmth run through his body, not from shyness, but from sheer embarrassment. 'For God's sake, how can I take this seriously? I'm a man, damn it!
He closed his eyes tightly, trying to erase the sight of Elion and his overwhelming presence from his mind. 'I'm sorry, but I can't think of you as my mother... That's psychological torture!
It was a complex and disconcerting feeling. His adult mind colliding with the new reality of a child's body. 'Why do you have to be so... so perfect? It's not fair!
Kael knew there was no escaping the situation, so he tried to rationalize. He needed to remind himself that he was in a new world, with new rules and dynamics. But it all seemed pointless when Elion looked at him like that.
"You're going to be such a strong and handsome boy, my little Kael," she murmured, squeezing him in a warm hug. "Here, drink in the other..." She said, showing her pink nipple...
'Wait... is she... excited? Because her nipples are hard!!!' Kael thought until he noticed her face... 'Is she... blushing?...'
Elion felt warmth spread through his body as he held the baby in his arms. She didn't understand why, but breastfeeding her child made her feel different. More sensual, more... feminine.
Her cheeks were flushed and a soft blush covered her pale skin. She could feel her nipples stiffening under the baby's touch and a strange sensation building up in her belly.
"Sorry if I'm a bit flushed, my love. Breastfeeding always makes me a bit hot." She whispered, looking into Kael's innocent face.
But there was something else, some emotion she couldn't name. A latent desire that stirred inside her, stronger and stronger.
Elion tried to ignore the heat spreading across her skin and concentrated on feeding her son. But she couldn't deny that the sensation was overwhelming.
She looked at Kael, lost in thought for a moment. 'Why is it affecting me like this? I've never felt so... aroused before. And with my own son! This can't be normal.
But despite the confusion and guilt he felt, Elion couldn't stop thinking about the feel of Kael's small body against his. The way he clung to her, with such need and trust.
'Maybe it's just the maternal instinct,' she thought, trying to find a rational explanation. 'My body is reacting differently because I'm breastfeeding. It doesn't mean anything.
But she knew, deep down, that there was more to it than that. Something was changing inside her, something she couldn't control.
If only she'd known...
