Celina knew there was no way she could avoid all of those attacks that were in front of her. Lyra wore an indifferent look on her face, showing no signs of going easy on her.
She could try to avoid it, but if she does, she'll lose a lot of points. She wiped the sweat buds that formed at the corner of her head and stood up.
Lyra's lips curved into a smile, seeing that she wasn't giving up.
"That's good, Celina. I love your spirit. It makes me want to keep you here and train you forever"
"Thank you, but I'd rather go back to the elf village", she replied with a mocking tone.
"You better get ready to dance, little human" Lyra taunted.
'Here she comes again!'
Celina stood ready, gripping her sword tight. Her eyes were fixed on Lyra and the attack she had prepared. Celina still doesn't know how this will wake the dark energy inside her. What does she have to wake? Anger? Hatred? For who? Her enemies?
'Humans? Ah yes, humans. I should prepare myself to get revenge on those humans. They must die by my hand!' Celina gritted her teeth angrily and clenched her sword even tighter.
Lyra's eyes sparkled with a wicked excitement, seeing the look on Celina's face. She raised her hands, preparing for the attack already.
With a flick of her wrist, three of the dark balls shot toward Celina like angry bees. Celina could feel her aura building up inside her. She tuned on her senses, ready to react to each ball.
'Defending myself from that attack will make me lose points, avoiding it will also lose points. What the hell do I do? If I get hit by one of them, I might die! But... It'll increase my unlucky points. Should I get hit? What if I die? What if I'm not alive to get my revenge on those humans? No! No way! I must be the one to kill them-'
Ding!
{Dark magic: Unlocked (low)}
'Huh? Did I unlock it?'
Celina started laughing. She burst into laughter, ignoring the balls that were flying towards her.
Lyra was confused, wondering if she had gone crazy knowing that she was going to die. Lyra didn't even put much energy into the magic she shot. She wasn't ready to kill Celina yet. She only wants to see how quickly she'll be able to create darkness inside her.
'Did I overestimate her too much? She's just five!'
She thought to herself and suddenly heard a blast. Lyra snapped back to reality.
"Celina!" She yelled.
The smoke and dust from the explosion started to clear and amid the blurred view, she could see Celina standing with her hands stretched out. There was a familiar red energy twirl around her hand.
Lyra shot her eyes wide open.
"Is that... No way!"
"Is the queen of demons worried about me? How cute. Give me more... Come on, attack me!" Celina screamed and started laughing.
Lyra finally knew that Celina had unlocked the darkness inside her, but never expected it to be this worse. She's like a dangerous person, that could hurt anyone she sets her eyes on.
The Celina that always acted cute with lovely flowers and brightness around her now looked like a villain with darkness around her. She looked like a psychopath, searching for who to kill. Her crimson eyes got even darker.
'Darker? No! She has been possessed by her darkness'
Lyra stepped forward, trying to help her, but something flew past her and crashed on her throne, destroying a part of her chair. It came so swiftly that she didn't even notice it coming.
"Oh your majesty, don't act soft. Come on, let's fight till one of us is dead" she laughed loudly, forming the same dark balls Lyra formed over her head.
No, it wasn't the same. Lyra's dark magic wasn't that dangerous, but hers was.
"If you don't go first, I will" Celina made a bored face and snapped her fingers. Three balls flew from her head towards Lyra. Lyra grunted and struggled to block Celina's attack with hers. It blasted again, causing smoke and dust everywhere.
"Celina! You've got to control your powers!"
"Huh? Control what? My powers? But I love it. Are... Are you going to take it away from me and kill me? You're going to steal it from me like they also did!"
Lyra stepped back as Celina's powers increased again.
Ding!
{Dark magic: Unlocked (High)}
"This isn't good. Who knew she would become this strong after an hour's lesson? I better end it before she destroys my palace" Lyra adjusted her standing position and stretched her palms against each other.
The dark balls that were over her head merged together to form one big one.
Celina's eyes beamed in excitement. She ruffled her white hair and staggered towards Lyra.
"Yes! Yes! Feed me more!" She cried.
Lyra immediately shot it at her. Celina smiled and immediately prepared to counter the attack. She slid her leg to the back as she formed her own attack. Just while it formed around her hands, another energy hit her from behind.
"Heuk!" She groaned in pain and crashed into the wall.
Lyra slowly walked to where she crashed. She stood in front of Celina and watched closely. Her eyes narrowed, waiting for Celina to move, but she didn't.
"Phew! That was close!" She sighed and squatted in front of Celina. She stretched her hand over her head. She could feel the huge darkness inside her.
'It's way too much for a five-year-old child'
"Absorption!" Lyra called out, absorbing Celina's darkness. It started small but the more Lyra absorbed the more she realised that there were much more inside Celina. It came flowing from Celina into her body.
Lyra gritted her teeth hard.
'It's too strong!'
She suddenly stopped and coughed into her palm. She stared at her hand and saw blood.
She suddenly heard footsteps behind her and turned her neck. She saw one of the lower demons.
"Your majesty!" The girl with short black hair and small horns on both sides of her head bowed.
"Kali. It's good you're here. Take this child to the sixth room"
"Your majesty, how can you let this lowly human into your chamber?" Kali frowned.
"Kali! Do as I say. That's the safest place for her. Take good care of her and make sure she doesn't leave that room. I'll be right back. I have to see Aetherius immediately" She said and flew out of the window.
Kali frowned deeply and turned her eyes to see Celina crash into the wall.
"Such a weak human" she groaned in anger.

Meanwhile, in Aetherius palace...
While he had already shape-shifted to his dragon self, he hid in the darkness as someone stood close to the door, making a report.
"Tell me one more time, what happened to Clyde?"
