'Wait.. what?' I thought to myself as I listened to the system messages. But then it hit me as I reread the last operation it was under going. I was about to modify me did that mean my body?
That was when I felt the most excruciating pain ever. It was so bad I felt my body lock up. I couldn't move at all, I wanted to scream but I couldn't even do that. It was like I was being melted alive and reconstructed all over again.
I guess in a sense that was what was happening. The system was completely changing my physical make up. I could feel after my bones melted and reconstructed the next thing to be worked on were my muscles.
They were ripped and shredded into nothingness, and somehow came back into being, stronger then ever. My internal organs felt horrible when getting worked on. I assumed this to be the most painful thing I was going to feel during this process. I was wrong, very very wrong.
When the reconstruction got to my head that is when the true pain started. First I felt my eyes disintegrate, then came my teeth and skull when it first touched my brain I lost consciousness instantly.
When I woke I still kept my eyes closed trying to get a feeling for the changes of my body. I could feel that I seemed to be sturdier. My muscles felt more compact and ready to explode with power, my mind seemed to think clearer and helped me reign in my chaotic emotions. As if knowing that I was ready for it, the system took the chance to start its notifications.

Finally I started examining the skills and they were pretty straight forward. After I felt I had a good grasp of them I asked Sylph to tell me my next steps to take. I really wanted to open my eyes but I trusted what Ayla had said and have kept them closed this entire time.

Inwardly nodding my head I gave the go ahead to begin the process.
I felt a energy start to seep in to my body. It went everywhere seemingly looking for something and it found what ever it was looking for. I felt like I was going to explode for a moment as the energy seemed to continue to build up pressure like a balloon about to pop.
At this point in time I swear I heard a cracking of sorts and then the next thing I felt was... Power.
I felt more powerful then I have in my past life. The feeling of pressure came back again and then I heard and this time felt the cracking happening. The process seemed to last quite a while. I counted 12 small cycles and 1 big cycle that seemed to make the power flowing into me be almost completely used. Then I counted 2 more cycles.
During this time I smelt horrible. The system explained to me that even after the system rebuilt my body I still needed to push out all impurities of the body while in the first stage of cultivation which Sylph called the Body Refinement Realm. Apparently each realm has twelve levels in between.
Sylph said she had turned off my pain receptors for this period of time because if she didn't the pain from having my bones cleansed all at the same time would make me faint again. I thanked her genuinely feeling thankful for her consideration.
Finally it was done and I could breath easily again.' Sylph that was intense.'
