Kira's POV
Asher was finally here, after sending those messages and those attacks, apparently they were just a way for him to make us lose balance. To destabilise us.
"We can prevent this bloodshed, Kira,", Asher said, standing in front of me, arms folded. I could see Aria standing in front of the golden-eyed wolves.
I scoffed.
"And what makes you think we want to avoid blood shed" Rykerr interrupted.
Asher smiled. "I know Kira doesn't want this bloodshed, and I am ready to retreat only if she agrees to come with me."
"She's not moving an inch from here, Asher, so let's end this as quickly as possible," Ryker replied, his voice laced with anger.
"Come on, look around, Ryker," he paused, turning around and pointing his hands at the number of wolves we had. "Just take a look, you are outnumbered, we would win"
"The Victor in a battle is not determined by the number of soldiers you have, Asher; you, of all people, should know that."
