"Ahem. Citizen of Aries, Grand Emperor Allen Goldenhart, the Demi-god of winter, the brave warrior of Aries and the chosen one had led all of you here today to announce something important."
"Greetings everyone here present, I had called everyone for today as I had an announcement to make."
Allen paused as he look at everyone present, an eyes full of worship and trust. The moment he spoke the sentence with full power and authority, everyone could not help but marvel at his own godly demeanor and cold voice.
"My people, the heart of Aries. The main reason I gathered all of you here today is because of my condition as everyone here never knew, my health keeps deteriorating at a rapid pace. In other worlds I am afraid that it had reach to the point which could be said as terminal."
Allen again took a glimpse at the crowd full of shock and some are crying to show sympathy to the fallen ill emperor. Stunned by the sudden announcement everyone fell into a gloomy atmosphere full of grief.
"It's been a long time since we fought through countless battles and bonded ourselves like one big happy family. I apologize."
Allen who was once their symbol of hope bow in shame as if he had failed his own people, sadness overwhelmes him as he doesn't want to show his weakened state to his peers and subjects he promised to protect.
He was actually grateful that even after the nearing end of his life, he was still here mourning with his people. Their mouth wide agape as they continue sobbing. He could feel the devastation looming and now started to spread like a plague.
"But no need to worry, life goes on even after my reign the empire will remain as prosperous like everyone wanted it to be. I am pretty sure that my lovely younger brother, Louie will be as great as I am now leading Aries to a better tomorrow."

The celebration ended with everyone in a gloomy expression, sound so ironic from the grandous occasion that had just been held, it turns into a grieving party real quick.
The whole empire's castle following the emperor's announcement was still quite.
Nobody had dare to gossip as a sign of their loyalty and love for their emperor.
In the emperor's chambers, Only Allen and his brother Louie are present.
"Is there's really nothing we could do brother?" Crowned prince Louie ask in with his eyes filled with sadness, he love his brother who protected him growing up, he who become like his father figure.
Their entire family had been wiped out by the demon genocide a couple of years ago leaving them as orphans, that day is when Allen awakened his powers of winter leading the empire to a great rise as it is today.
Side by side they countered attack at the demons who once took everything away from them, until Allen had finally overthrow the demons and freeze hell using his abilities. The demons had been wiped out and the hell which is filled with hellfire had turned into a frozen land.
Only did the entire empire recover and live peacefully.
It would be an exaggeration to say that using such grand scale powers had no draw back. Allen had actually died during the final battle against the demon king.
The only reason why he's still here is because of his frost powers so perfect that he ended up making a perfect vessel for his soul.
But not all powers are constant, even the ice wizards had no helped. Allen doesn't know which exact time his powers gonna last. Louie is still immature, he doesn't want Allen to leave him alone. For two years his brother still couldn't accept that there's nothing he could do in this situation, once his older brother die, he will be left alone.
Allen's vessel began to melt at a rapid pace as the energy began to dissipate as he take one last look at his brother, Louie.
