Levi's eyes scanned the arena with a desperate intensity, his heart racing with terror as he struggled to comprehend the sheer scale of the horror that stood before him. The crowd's deafening roar, a cacophony of jeers and screams, was nothing compared to the unspeakable terror that the creature inspired, its very presence seeming to darken the air around it.
The creature's eyes burned with a fierce inner fire as it charged towards Levi .
"What in the world...?" Levi thought to himself, his mind racing with thoughts. "It's too big, too fast. I'll never outrun it. But maybe...just maybe...I can outsmart it."
"Okay, think this through," Levi told himself, his mind working overtime. "It's got claws, teeth...it's a killing machine. But it's also big, clumsy. Maybe I can use that to my advantage."
The creature charged, its massive body propelling itself forward with unnatural speed, its muscles rippling beneath its skin like a living thing. Its massive body was a blur of motion, its horns gleaming with a deadly sharpness.
Levi dodged to the side, barely avoiding the creature's snapping jaws, which closed with a deafening crash, sending shockwaves through the air.
"Yes! It's slow to turn," Levi thought, his eyes locked on the creature. "If I can just keep moving, stay out of its reach..."
Levi continued this dance of death where any and all mistakes not could but would be his last. Even thought Levi initially managed to dodge a few attacks, his stamina quickly begun to wane on him. He was slowly getting exhausted with each breath with each maneuver he was becoming sluggish.
Soon,Levi inevitably stumbled, his feet scraping against the sandy floor as he desperately sought to regain his balance. The creature turned, its eyes fixed on Levi with an unblinking stare, their cold gaze filled with hunger seemed to bore into his very soul.
"Here it comes," Levi thought, his heart pounding in his chest. "Stay calm, stay focused. Look for an opening..."
The creature charged again, its claws swiping through the air with deadly precision, their razor-sharp tips glinting in the sunlight like tiny scimitars. Levi couldn't dodge and weaved his hand in the air. A quite meaningless gesture, desperate to avoid the creature's attacks, but it was relentless, its blows raining down on him like a torrent .it's sharp claws tearing his flesh like butter.
"Ahh!" Levi cried out in pain as the creature's claws raked across his chest, tearing through his skin like paper. He felt a wave of pain wash over him, a burning, searing agony that threatened to consume him whole.
The crowd erupted into loud cheers. All shouting in synchronization "krag krag krag krag" That blasted name reverberated throughout the arena. It seemed that the crowd was really enjoying this.
There was a predatory glint in the krag's eyes, a twisted pleasure that ignited a primal fear deep within Levi's core. The creature's breath came out in snorts, thick and heavy, sending shivers down Levi's spine. As Levi slowly backed away against the cold, unyielding wall, the krag stepped forward, the ground trembling beneath its weight. With each step, Levi felt the reality of his situation sink deeper—a realization that there was no escape from the horrors that awaited him. A realization that he might very well just die here . That all his useless thought about survival at all cost was simply meaningless when faced against insurmountable obstacles.
What began as a contemplation of his own frail existence quickly turned into a chaotic jumble of raw panic. "No!!," Levi's thoughts stammered, "I don't want to die." "I will not die !!!"The krag growls which resembled laughter, a deep sound that rumbled like an approaching storm. It was a cruel, mocking growling sound that seemed to relish the fear it instilled, sending chills through Levi's body. With a swift movement, the beast lunged at him, grabbing Levi with a single hand and lifting him off the ground like a rag doll. Levi's feet dangled helplessly as he gasped for breath, the creature's grip tightening around his throat. The world around him blurred, shadows morphing into monstrous figures that danced on the walls, taunting him. "You think you can escape pain?" the sneer on its detestable face seemed to convey, its breath rancid with the smell of decay.
With a brutal toss, the krag flung Levi across the chamber. He landed hard against the stone floor, a shockwave of pain radiating through his body. Every breath felt like fire as he struggled to rise, but the creature was relentless. It bore down on him, pinning him to the ground with a hoof the size of a dinner plate. The weight of the beast was suffocating, forcing the wind from Levi's lungs.
The krag begun its chilling menacing laughter with indignant glee and twisted delight. The creature leaned in closer, its monstrous face inches from Levi's, eyes gleaming with sadistic anticipation. It's numerous veins on its horrid body begun to glow and pulse. The first blow struck like a thunderclap, a powerful fist colliding with Levi's midsection. Pain exploded within him, sharp and relentless. He gasped, the sound escaping his lips in a pained whimper. The krag relished each sound, laughing as Levi crumpled beneath its might.it taunted Levi with another chilling laughter. The krag growled between hits, leaning closer as Levi curled into himself, seeking some semblance of protection. Levi's mind began to fracture under the weight of the relentless onslaught. Each hit dulled his sense of reality, transforming his surroundings into a haze of pain and despair. Time lost all meaning. Was it minutes? Hours? Each second stretched into eternity, with the krag's cruel laughter echoing in his ears. it mocked, looming over him, reveling in Levi's broken state. As the krag grabbed him again, Levi's heart raced with a primal instinct to survive. He had to escape this hell. With a burst of adrenaline, he pushed against the ground, attempting to rise, but the creature was of adrenaline, he pushed against the ground, attempting to rise, but the creature was too strong too fast and too insidious to let its prey escape just as things where reaching their climax.
"No, no, no," Levi thought, his mind racing with panic. "Stay calm, stay focused. You can't give up now."
He struggled to rise, his body screaming in agony, but his mind refused to give up. He looked up at the creature, his eyes locked on its face, and thought:
Even though his vision was blurry and he was slowly losing consciousness he still refused to relent. This kind of death was way too similar to that of his mother ."I'm going to survive this. I'm going to find a way out of this arena, no matter what it takes."
The krag loomed over him, its jaws open wide, ready to strike. Levi steeled himself for the impact, his heart pounding in his chest like a drum.
"Here it comes," he thought. "This is it. This is the end."
