The darkness of the coliseum writhed and twisted around Levi, an oppressive shroud that seemed alive, feeding off his terror. The acrid stench of blood and sweat hung thick in the air, a grotesque perfume that clung to the sandy floor like a shroud. As Levi screamed in despair, his voice was swallowed by the thunderous roar of the crowd, their frenzied cheers echoing off the ancient stone walls.
Before him stood the krag, it's nightmarish fangs and claws like daggers, poised to shred him to ribbons. Each slash cut through his flesh with horrifying precision, ripping through skin and muscle as if they were mere paper. The creature's bulging red veins pulsed with an otherworldly energy, seemingly invigorated by Levi's agony.
Levi's vision blurred as the pain surged through him, his body trembling under the relentless assault."guess I wouldn't have to worry about hunger again" The krag's breath was foul, a putrid mix of decay and corruption that twisted Levi's stomach in knots. He felt his mind fray, spiraling into a vortex of horror as the beast's claws exposed the tender flesh beneath.
The krag's malevolent eyes glinted in the dim light as it prepared to strike the final blow. Levi could feel the weight of the creature pressing down, its horns aimed directly at his chest, ready to deliver death with a single thrust. He thought of surrender, of letting the darkness take him, but deep within, a flicker of defiance ignited.
With a surge of desperation, Levi summoned every ounce of strength he had left, rolling to the side just as the krag lunged forward. Time seemed to slow as he narrowly dodged the deadly horns, the air crackling with intensity. The krag's horns crashed into the coliseum wall with a bone-rattling impact, sending shockwaves through the arena.
One of its horns splintered, the sound reverberating like a death knell. Silence engulfed the coliseum, the crowd's cheers fading into a tense hush as they awaited the krag's next move. Levi lay on the ground, battered and broken, his spirit teetering on the edge of despair.
Then, with a feral roar that shook the very foundations of the arena, the krag regained its composure, its eyes burning with rage. The ground trembled beneath Levi as the beast stirred, muscles coiling like springs, ready to launch another relentless assault.
It was clear that the krag had no intention of letting him escape. As the krag prepared to strike once more, Levi's heart raced. He knew he was on borrowed time, the weight of the creature's malevolence pressing down on him like a vice.
The krag charged at full speed towards Levi, its eyes blazing with fury. Levi's heart raced as he watched the beast bear down on him, its claws outstretched like deadly scythes.
"We'll I guess this is it" Levi grimly whispered. Even though he said this. within him flickered a spark, a determination to fight until his last breath. He could not let fear dictate his fate. Summoning every bit of courage, he prepared to put up his last struggle , ready to defy the beast that sought to claim him.
Levi refused to give up. Summoning every last ounce of strength, he waited until the krag was mere inches away, then jumped out of the way with a desperate burst of speed. The krag collided head-on with the colosseum wall, the impact sending shockwaves through the arena.
One of the krag's horns dislodged from the impact, clattering to the ground with a loud clang. Levi quickly ran or more like tried to run but ended up limping to pick it up, his heart pounding with trepidation . The krag was momentarily disoriented, stumbling around like a drunken beast so it didn't notice Levi.
"Yes!" Levi inwardly thought, a surge of triumph coursing through his veins. "With this i may have a chance. "
Levi limped back, trying to put some distance between himself and the krag. But the beast quickly regained its composure, its eyes blazing with fury., its eyes flashing with malevolence.
The krag released a loud growl, the sound reverberating through the arena like thunder. The crowd gasped in shock, their faces pale with fear.
"Oh no," Levi thought, his heart sinking with dread. "Oh no!!!."
The krag got up from all fours, assuming a standing position like a human. Its claws were outstretched, ready to tear Levi to pieces.
"This is bad," Levi thought, his mind racing with despair. "I'm dead. "
The krag sprinted towards Levi, its claws flashing in the dim light. Ready to stop playing with its food and end things.
