The Price of Beast Magic...
In a secluded chamber deep within the palace, Lysandra knelt before the ancient seer.
The woman's withered fingers traced the queen's wrist, and the moment they touched, a shockwave of magic surged through the air. The seer gasped, her eyes widening with fear.
"It's true! It is!" she whispered hoarsely. "The apocalypse of Avan Kingdom. You must STOP IT!"
Lysandra's heart pounded. "How do I save my kingdom from that dark future?"
The seer's aged gaze met hers. "You must raise an alternative heir. A true heir."
Lysandra stiffened. "But I… I cannot bear a child. The cost of my magic… It left me barren."
The seer's lips curled into a knowing smile. "There is a way… but it is not without cost."
Lysandra leaned forward. "Tell me."
The seer's fingers traced a strange symbol onto the floor—ancient runes glowing faintly. "Beast Magic," she whispered. "It can restore what was lost. But it must be embraced completely."
The queen's breath hitched. "Is that even possible?"
The seer nodded. "So long as you are ready, I will guide you."
Without hesitation, Lysandra whispered, "I'm ready."

The Ritual....
A fire flickered between them as the seer prepared the ceremony of the beast soul.
Lysandra stood within a circle of sacred markings, her hands trembling as ancient chants filled the air.
Then, from the darkness, a great spectral wolf emerged. Its eyes glowed with ethereal energy, its presence raw and untamed. The seer murmured an incantation, and the beast lunged forward, its spirit merging with Lysandra's body.
A flash of blue energy exploded around her.
She gasped as a foreign power coursed through her veins—her barren state shattered, replaced by something new, something primal.
She could feel the heartbeat of the beast within her, its strength and wild instincts blending with her own.
When the ritual was done, she turned to the seer, her breathing ragged.
"Any side effects?" she asked.
The seer gave a slow nod. "Both… negative and positive."
Lysandra steadied herself. "Tell me."
The seer's voice was solemn. "You will never bear another child. Pray that the firstborn is a boy."
Lysandra swallowed hard. "And the positive?"
A knowing smile crept onto the seer's lips. "Your child will awaken beast powers… power strong enough to counter the darkness."

The Future Foreseen...
Lysandra's voice softened as she reached the end of her story.
"A year later, I held my firstborn baby boy in my arms. Billy… my little beast."
She reached out and brushed a strand of hair from Billy's face. He sat frozen, his mind spinning with the weight of everything he had just learned.
Catherine and Ella were silent beside him, absorbing the gravity of it all.
Ella finally spoke. "What about me?"
Lysandra's eyes darkened with memory. "When Billy was a year old, I brought him to the magic mirror… and it showed me a vision."
The mirror had revealed a battle yet to come—a twenty-year-old Billy, his arms crackling with blue lightning, locked in combat against an older Kai, cloaked in shadows. Their battle shook the land, their powers evenly matched.
Then, in a blinding clash, they obliterated each other's attacks, sending them both crashing apart.
Before the mirror darkened, a voice had echoed through the chamber.
"He won't defeat him alone… but by her help."
In the final moments of the vision, a warrior stepped forward—Ella.
She was clad in an enchanting battle armor, wielding a shape-shifting weapon. When Billy fell, she had lifted him to his feet… and together, they charged forward.
Lysandra exhaled. "My story ends there, children. Now, I must prepare for tomorrow's battle against the Aerithians."
As they watched, golden light shimmered at her back—angelic wings unfurling. She rose effortlessly into the night sky, landing on the castle balcony.
"And there goes the battle angel," Catherine murmured.
"Yeah. Avan's battle angel," a voice echoed behind them.
They turned—King Morphine stood there, arms crossed, leaning against a tree.
He had been there since the beginning.
