The morning sun streamed into Zara's apartment, casting a warm glow on Sophie as she sat on the couch, lost in thought. Zara handed her a cup of tea and sat beside her, her eyes filled with concern.
"Sophie," Zara began softly, "you've been so quiet. What's going on in your head?"
Sophie sighed, her fingers tightening around the mug. "I can't stop thinking about Aiden. I know he's getting married to Scarlett, but I still love him. I always have."
Zara leaned forward, her tone firm yet comforting. "Then don't let this end here. If you love him, fight for him. You've already been through so much together. Don't let Scarlett or anyone else take him away from you."
Sophie looked at Zara, her resolve hardening. "You're right. I can't let him go. I have to do something."

At the Wedding Ceremony
The grand hall was filled with the murmurs of guests as the wedding ceremony commenced. Aiden stood at the altar, his face unreadable, while Scarlett approached, a victorious smile playing on her lips.
As the officiant began the vows, Aiden interrupted. "Before we proceed, I have something to show everyone."
Scarlett's smile faltered as Aiden gestured to a large screen behind them. A video began playing, revealing incriminating footage of Jacob Stewart, Scarlett's father, involved in the murder of Mrs. Wilson, Aiden's mother.
Gasps filled the room, and Scarlett turned pale. "Aiden, what is this?" she stammered.
"This," Aiden said coldly, "is the truth. The truth about your family and what they've done to mine."
The police arrived moments later, arresting Jacob Stewart on the spot. Scarlett's composure shattered as she pleaded with Aiden, but he turned away, his decision final.
From the crowd, Sophie emerged, her heart pounding as she approached Aiden. Without a word, she wrapped her arms around him, holding him tightly.
"I'm not leaving you, Aiden," she whispered, her voice trembling with emotion. "Not now, not ever."
Aiden's arms encircled her, and for the first time in what felt like forever, he allowed himself to breathe. "I've missed you, Sophie," he admitted softly. "I thought I'd lost you."

The Next Day
Sophie arrived at a quaint café to meet her uncle, Ethan Carter. He greeted her with a warm smile, though his eyes betrayed a hint of nervousness.
"Thank you for meeting me, Sophie," Ethan said, pulling out a chair for her.
"Of course, Uncle Ethan," Sophie replied, sitting down. "What's on your mind?"
Ethan hesitated, then took a deep breath. "Sophie, you've been through so much, and I've been by your side through it all. Over time, I've realized something." He reached across the table, taking her hand gently. "I've fallen in love with you."
Sophie's eyes widened in surprise. "Uncle Ethan… I—"
He held up a hand, a sad smile on his lips. "Let me finish. I know this might come as a shock, but I had to tell you. You deserve to know how I feel."
Sophie took a deep breath, her heart heavy. "Ethan, you've always been kind to me, and I'm so grateful for your support. But my heart… it belongs to someone else. I'm so sorry."
Ethan nodded, his smile bittersweet. "I understand, Sophie. I just needed to tell you. Thank you for being honest with me."
She reached across the table, squeezing his hand. "You mean a lot to me, Ethan. I hope this doesn't change our relationship."
"It won't," he assured her. "You'll always have my support, Sophie."
As they parted ways, Sophie felt a mix of emotions—relief, gratitude, and a renewed determination to move forward with her life and her love for Aiden.
