Rhett looked around, he was on the floor, a sandy floor in a stadium . Now this wasn't the regular stadium he had fought the demon slayer, this looked different.
The stadium was circular and built in an ancient roman style, the seats for the spectators carved one of stone and everything out of stone. Essedas- two wheeled horse carriages were packed at the sides.
The howls and chants of the crowd boomed into Rhett's eardrums and he quickly dismissed them as truculent beings. The setting to him, based on his brain's calculations, was a gladiator-like stadium, ancient looking, with beasts in shields and bucklers passing around, their nose shifting sideways as they sniffed the air.
