Grabbing the letter, Arthur pulled the ribbon on it. After pulling the ribbon, the letter's cover opened. Suddenly, the whistling stopped. Arthur was a bit shocked. He grabbed the letter inside the cover with his other hand, placed the cover on the ground, and opened the letter with both hands.
