Lin Mu's expression darkened, his eyes filled with a cold glint."I was just asking a question..." he said with obvious annoyance, Lin Mu really didn't like how the system was openly ridiculing him.
The System ignored his protest, her tone sharp as a blade. [My Creator has granted you the seed of the void, the foundation to annihilate even the highest heavens and the deepest Abyss, yet you stand here before me, uttering that you would trade it for scraps?]
[I suggest you keep that repulsive tongue of yours within your mouth before I rip it out myself....] The system said coldly, causing Lin Mu to shiver unconsciously in this scorching hot dessert.
[ Don't test my patience again with such ignorance human. For your sake, it's better you continue walking, or perhaps lie down and perish if this path proves too difficult for you] She added before turning silent.
Lin Mu ground his teeth, frustration bubbling beneath his parched throat.
" Wow....i'm so scared, With that annoyingly frustrating voice of your's You really must be a system then." Lin Mu clicked his tongue in annoyance as he rolled his eyes at her obvious threat.
" One last question though. You keep mentioning your creator, who is he anyways and how is he related to me" Lin Mu asked only for the app and voice to remain silent, Which further helped to increase his irritation even more.
' Just forget I asked then ' Lin Mu grumbled to himself.
" If you're not going to tell me that then just tell me what kind of shitty system sends someone to an unknown region out of the blue without even telling them the reason or even giving a clue, At most a hint would've been helpful!"
[Host has broken the 2nd amendment]
[Enacting First Punishment: X2 Aggro]
' The hell is that supposed to be?' Lin Mu who was expecting something far more stunning stared at the X2 glowing symbol that was now hovering atop his head.
[X2 Aggro implies that the host will attract as much attention as 2 individuals from hence forth]

"..." Just when he thought nothing would happen, As if in line with the systems word's, The ground beneath Lin Mu began to tremble subtly, Lin Mu who knew that nothing good could come of this quickly took several steps back.
The instant he evaded, 5 furry heads popped out of the ground. The creatures who looked no bigger than cats, yet resembled a dirty rat with serrated teeth and blood red eyes all stared at Lin Mu.
'mutant beasts..., Looks like I've got some uninvited company ' Lin Mu's eye's squinted as he raised his vigilance, His body subconsciously moving into a defensive stance.
Thanks to his constant maltreatment, He had taken it upon himself to learn some fighting techniques and increase his strength, Although not enough to compare to a Superhuman, He still beloved it was a great help against low level mutant beasts and Superhumans with little mutant cells.
[Congratulations you've discovered your first target] The systems cold voice emerged in Lin Mu's head, much to his visible displeasure.
He unconsciously glanced at his phone screen only to see a new string of messages.

One rat let out a harsh cry that was followed by several other rat cries before they all rushed at him in quick succession.

Lin Mu felt his heart skip a beat at the sight of such a frightening creature, Just when he thought things couldn't get any worse, The ground began trembling again, Even more so than earlier.
" You have gotta be kidding me...." Lin Mu who already had an inclination as to what was going to happen next was still frightened at the sight of 5 more similar creatures that emerged successively as the first 5.
After appearing, all of them stared at Lin Mu with their piercing gazes, All though there eyesight was poor, Lin Mu felt his skin crawl from their multiple gazes.
" There's ten of them, which means that on normal occasions am only supposed to encounter an average of 5 of them" Lin Mu didn't know whether to cry or laugh, Turns out the system didn't give useless punishments after all.
Facing a group of abnormally sized man eating rats with such grotesque features, He did the only thing he was sure would work.
Running away....
He agreed that he was delicious but that didn't mean his was ready to become someone else's 5 star dish.
In the blink of an eye he speed away with the rats in hot pursuit.
" Cough! Cough! " When he had already ran several tens of meters, He was forced to slow down due to the hot dessert air that set his lungs ablaze.
[Warning: Slowing down now will result in severe danger]
' Damn you!, you think I don't know that!' Lin Mu felt like beating up the system the moment he heard that yet his heart skipped a beat at what he heard next in his mind.
[Exacting Punishment: Aggro increased to X3]
Rumble.....
The ground trembled and 5 more carnivorous rats popped out of the ground and joined the pursuit.
' Hold up, I was just joking, it's just a joke, Can't you even take a single joke! ' Lin almost tripped over the instant he saw the new 5 carnivorous rats that were chasing after him.
' Why on earth did I get such a "wonderful system", At this rate I'll become rat food before ever getting the chance to go back home ' Lin Mu didn't know whether it was the burning air or the systems cruel nature that pained him the most.
' If am going to survive this I need to find some safe ground or anything solid I can stand on, If these horrible creatures can burrow through the dessert floor then am definitely sure other creatures of varying proportions can as well ' Lin Mu's gaze turned sharp, He kept the pain from the burning air in mind and increased his pace abit.
