After he threw Alisa out of his room she left to speak with her mother but couldn't find her in the usual areas she occupies. Not wanting to be on bad terms with Max, Alisa turned back to go to his office where she seen him go into earlier with Lily and Wade. Walking up to the door she could hear Wade talking, "There was an 85% match to the lost bloodline for the Werewolf Clan. I couldn't believe it, and that's why I wanted to inform you first. Its some of the purest blood the lab techs have ever seen. They wanted to know who it belonged to, but I didn't say knowing you'd wish for discretion. If your father finds out she is one of the Alpha Pairs he could try to sell her off or worse he...." Wade trailed off.
Alisa backed away turning and running to her room slamming the door. She couldn't believe this! That good for nothing parasite is from the other bloodline, and worse she'll be put higher then me in status as the last from her Pack. This can not be happening I needed to figure out a way to get ride of this problem and fast. Walking to her father's office she seen Phil walk around the corner from the Alpha's office walking right past not stopping. Not having the time to wait to ask what his problem was she went and knocked on her father's door.
He said come in and the mystery of where mother was was finally solved as Alisa walked in as she fixed her hair. "I was looking for you earlier. Max is hanging out with that reject again. And now she looks funny, did you know about this? Shouldn't we be shipping her off some where? What about that dragon prince that's been harassing me?" Alisa asked sitting down across from them.
"We have already been in talks with the Dragon Clan and your "sister" will be taking your place. Its good to know she is here since I didn't wish to cause a scene in front of her apartment building. The less the public knows about this, the better. I'll get Max on some work that I've been putting off so he won't be distracted with the your "sister"," Father said a smug look on his face. "Ooooh goody father its high time we got ride of that whelp and she pay her dues to this family. The little work she did wasn't near what she actually cost. When is she to leave?" Alisa asked all to eager for her to be gone.
Mother chimed in saying, "Everything is being prepped for tonight and if all goes will then she will be gone and our obligation to the Dragon Clan fulfilled. You can now fully mate with Tanner, and bring more honor to this family doing so." Alisa thought about this and wanted to tell her some of her thoughts on mating with Max, but was unsure of how father might take it. Her mother looked happy while father looked like he had just closed a major deal.
Alisa has been avoiding the Dragon Clan's offer for years now ever since that stupid prince third seen her and forcing her to dance with him at some state function. He was like a puppy constantly vying for attention, but the one she had my eyes on was the first prince. Strong, handsome, and enough power to push back against anyone he was the ideal mate for me. Sadly he wouldn't even look her way many thought him to be impotent as no ones seen him with a woman. He spends most of his days around men so no one would think this true.
"I will head out now its getting close to lunch time and the kitchens have smelled especially delicious today. Thank you for raising my spirits, " she said kissing them both on the cheek and making my way to the dining hall a skip in my step.

Lily couldn't believe what he was telling her. She was finding this hard to believe. "Wait! If that's true was there anything else that showed up on that test? Like which of my parents it was that's from the lost bloodline?" Lily asked hoping for more answers. Wade pulled out the file looking it over and said, "No unfortunately it doesn't, but we can look in the records to see who was the last person recorded in the archives. Now that we know your from the lost bloodline we should keep this to ourselves. I'm not sure how the king and queen will react to this news and anything valuable to them is a trump card for later."
He was right if they knew Lily was the last of the lost bloodline of Alpha Pairs they might consider it a threat against their rule. While she never had ambition for the throne they might not see that and try to get rid of her to another Clan secretly. Looking to Max who was holding her hand he said, "Don't worry. We are the only ones that know, and your not leaving my side until we are officially married. My parents won't get their hands on you and from today on you will choose a Beta, and 2x guards for yourself. They will be sworn to secrecy so choose wisely, though I am pretty sure I know who you'll pick."
He was right and she already had a couple people in mind when a question popped into her head so Lily asked, "Do they have to be from this Clan or can I bring them here?" He thought about it and smiled slyly saying, "Yes, you can bring them in from other Clans. Should I be worried about your choices?" Lily smiled thinking to herself of who will be her beta and bodyguards. "No, but you should be worried about how much trouble my people will cause in this city," she said hiding a knowing smile.
