[Chapter: 19 The Faild Escape]
In the darkness of the night, a plane was flying. There were three people in the plane: Howard Stark, Peggy Carter, and Steve Rogers.
"You are going with me? But it's too dangerous," Steve said to Peggy Carter.
"I have to be responsible for my wrongdoings. It all happened because I couldn't kill him that day. No matter where William hides, this time I must kill him," Peggy Carter said coldly. "Even if I have to die while doing so."
Bang! Bang!
Numerous anti-aircraft artillery rounds fired, targeting the plane from the ground. The night sky lit up as explosions bombarded the aircraft.
"No, I'm going to jump here. You quickly turn around and go back," Steve called, walking towards the hatch and opening it.
"I will go too," Peggy Carter called out and took the parachute.
"No time." Steve jumped forward.
Peggy jumped without hesitation and opened the parachute in midair.

In the Arsenal
"Dr. Zola, I have an ominous feeling," William said to Zola.
"What kind of feeling?" Zola was now afraid of underestimating William, since he had insight into things not available to normal people.
"Come here, let me tell you," William beckoned.
"What is it?" Zola leaned closer.
After hearing what William said, Zola said, "Is it really possible for such a thing to happen?"
"Rest assured, just follow what I say and everything will be fine," William said, walking toward the end after speaking.
Zola looked at William's back. "I hope you are not wrong."
---
It was more than four in the morning.
The entire arsenal was in chaos. A large number of prisoners were released. They robbed Hydra soldiers of their weapons and began their attack on the arsenal. The sound of gunfire, explosions, and flames rose into the air.
In the laboratory, both Schmidt and Zola heard the explosions, and Schmidt asked, "What is happening?" The surveillance video was opened.
"Stop, stop, there is someone in the front," a prisoner of war cried.
Boom!
A blue energy ball bombarded and hit the armored car among the prisoners of war.
The prisoners of war in the armored vehicle panicked. "Hurry, get out of here!" But alas, it was too late.
Boom!
A violent explosion sounded. During the explosion, flames rose as the armored vehicle was blown up, rolling on the ground, crushing and killing a dozen prisoners of war.
"Attack!" William shouted, standing above a tank.
Bang! Bang!
A small amount of blue energy was shot forward, and the prisoners of war, who had not recovered from the shock just now, were too late to react in time to the sudden counterattack.
"Aaaah, aaah, aahaa," multiple screams continued ringing out, and all the prisoners of war who were hit were blasted into molecules, not even leaving a strand of hair behind.
The prisoners of war were instantly killed, and their numbers reduced in half, and the remaining prisoners began to run away. "Hurry, disperse and attack after dispersing."
William stood on the tank and laughed. "It's useless. I will let you taste the power of these cannons."
The barrel of the tank started to turn to one side, and there was still a person hanging from the long barrel, but it was too dark to see who it was.
Boom!
A huge mass of blue energy bombarded the ground. In the dust flying, seven or eight prisoners of war screamed as they flew through the sky.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
"Hahaha," William laughed, and then he turned the tank's tube. One shell after another was bombarded, leaving huge pits on the ground and blasting prisoners into the sky.
"The rest of them are left up to you," William said to the Hydra soldiers behind him.
"Yes, sir."
To these people, he was a figure of higher power, and he had earned their respect the moment he saved them. Although William hadn't done a lot, he believed he had changed history again. He always thought that Hydra's defeat because of one soldier was not possible. He simply made the soldiers use their weapons and counterattack, and they were able to stop the prisoners.
In the movie, Schmidt ran away, and that was why he was defeated.
William drove the tank toward the arsenal ahead. About fifty meters away from the arsenal, William stopped moving forward.
"William!" Steve, ten meters away, looked angrily at William on the tank.
"Yeah, so, how is it now that people call you Captain America? How does it feel, Steve?" William stood on the top of the tank and looked at Steve.
"Today, I must make you pay the price for what you did," Steve said angrily. "I won't lose to you again. The last time was because you had a shield."
"You also have a shield," William looked at the round shield in Steve's hand. "Is it a real shield or a false one?"
"It's real," Steve exclaimed.
William nodded. "It seems that there were two shields. It's a bit unexpected, but it's really good. Ho, look who's on the tank's barrel?"
Steve looked at the man hanging from the tank's barrel. His eyes widened. "Bucky, it's Bucky! Hell, what's the matter with you?"
"I won't kill him yet, but if you try to move, he will die—and you after him," William said, holding a gun to Bucky Barnes' head, who was hanging on the barrel.
"Is that you, Steve?" Bucky Barnes made a weak voice.
"It's me. It's me, Bucky! I will save you. William, if you really have the courage to face me, then come at me and let Bucky go," Steve shouted.
"Are you an idiot? Or has someone hit your head? Or did your mama shake you too hard when you were born? Would you have done that if you were me? Hehe." William shook his head.
"William!" A cold voice came.
Then there was a gunshot, and a bullet was fired at William.
