A moment ago, the cave trembled as if it was about to collapse, and the ground also shook. She wondered what was going on with Vlad. Thinking he might be in danger, she tried to go back in, but there was a barrier at the entrance. So, she had no choice but to impatiently wait here.
Vlad was her only hope to saving Napua, so nothing must happen to him.
She didn't wait long before Vlad showed up at the entrance of the cave. Evelyn rushed up to him and stood in his path.
"Are you alright, My Lord?"
Vlad stared at her without speaking. She seemed to be worried, but was it about him, or the fact that she needed him?
He believed it could only be the latter. "Why aren't you in the castle?"
"I was worried about you. The cave was trembling, so I thought you were in danger," she paused, "Are you truly alright?"
"What can you do if I'm not?"
