Kairos freshen up and wore dressed in a simple yet elegant tunic.
He walked down the long corridor, Kairos entered the dining hall, where his family was already gathered. The room was large, with a high ceiling adorned with a massive chandelier that reflected light off the polished wooden table set in the center. The windows were tall, allowing sunlight to spill into the room, casting a golden hue over the scene.
It was quite grand actually. Which isn't to be expected from just a baron of an empire.
His mother, Valeria Nozvan, sat at the head of the table, As she was the baron. Beside her left side was his father, Lucian Dravenhart.
On her right side was a smaller, but no less commanding figure—Alvaz Nozvan, Kairos' older brother. The eldest son, sitting with perfect posture and Grace.
His cold, red eyes were fixed on the plate before him as he meticulously cut into the piece of meat.
Kairos hesitated for a moment before stepping fully into the room, sighing deeply as today was the day his plans would start. As he walk he slowly started circulating the Zeroth circle and made some wisps of mana escape from his body.
As he did, His mother looked at him more carefully, even his cold brother stopped and put down the fork and give a glance at him.
Valeria, on the other hand, smiled softly. A flicker of pride crossed her features, though she kept her composure as always. "You've been working hard, Kairos. My little boy has finished his first step already"
Kairos nodded, acknowledging the praise without saying a word. He could feel Alvaz's cold gaze on him once more, his brother's expression unreadable, but Kairos was used to that by now.
And his brother of his deserve his arrogance. He was a genius at the age of twenty five he was already at verge of breaking through to peak of foruth circle.
Lucian cleared his throat, breaking the silence that had fallen over the table. "You're making progress,"
Kairos nodded. It seems his father really didn't tell him about anything.
There was a long pause before Lucian continued, his tone shifting slightly. "Next year, you will attend Owsdin Academy entrance exam"
Owsdin Academy where geniuses flourish. And the birthplace of magic. Which will play a crucial role. He might be accumsited with magic and sigils. But he doesn't know them all. And the academy has the largest collections of sigils along side many facilities for training.
" Yes father "
"Now now.. come seat. It's a happy day. You have finally completed your first step. Helena go tale Elin, To prepare for awakening process" His mother spoke with some excitement.
Kairos also felt happy for her..but his mood keep down a bit remembering what he has planned for the future.
Kairos heard the footsteps as his caretaker Helena left the room for, The head magician of their family who over seas weekly hunting units at the edges of their territory and the great forest.
"Awakening... I will really awaken elements this time" thinking that his heart trimbled. In his past life he couldn't complete the Zeroth circle so it wasn't even possible for him to awaken the elements. But now in this life he has achieved it.
He has did it. Along side his soul gear has awakened.
He couldn't help the flicker of satisfaction that coursed through him. This time would be different. He had made sure of it.
He has now both The Zeroth circle and Soul gear.
He haven't cheaked out his soul gear which was linked with the artifact that's regressed with him.
But he know it wouldn't be something simple. That artifact was most likely the reason he reaincarnated.
" Ahem Kairos. My son. Don't think too much awakening will go smoothly too"
His mother interrupted his thoughts. Kairos nodded realizing he was overthinking again.
After few time, The family had breakfast with some chit chat. About his next course of action. And in the end Kairos couldn't bring up the topic of what status he will be entering the academy. Still he wasn't worried, he will have many opportunities to tell his mother.
And now, standing Infront of a blue colored orb in the library. He's about to awaken his elements.
On the side was His father, mother even his old brother. Alongside a steen looking middle aged man with a mustache wearing a simple robe.
" Young master go ahead. And touch the orb and try injecting some mana into it " Master Elin spoke.
Kairos nodded and touched the orb. The orb felt cold upon touching and the diagram below his feets slowly light up.
Kairos focused and slowly started injecting his mana.
