The moon shined brightly above the clouds, casting it's smooth blue glow on the estate of Valeria Nozvan.
A figure can be seen waiting patiently as the guards takes turns on the western side of the place.
The two guards were active as they patrol here from there. Meanwhile at the middle of this garden stood a big tree. And within the leafs a person can be seen gazing down at the guards covered in dark robes and was wearing a blank blue mask.It was Kairos.
As the guards exchanged brief small talk before turning their backs to patrol opposite directions, Kairos knew his moment had arrived. Kairos was ready to make his escape when, all of a sudden, the guards shifted their positions. The abrupt movement caught him off guard, and he mumbled under his breath, "Is something wrong?" His heart raced as he observed the guards exchanging a few hurried words, their movements tense and unplanned.
For a moment, fear gripped him, thinking he had been discovered. But then he realized that whatever had distracted them was working in his favor. The guards, still preoccupied, moved away, leaving his route clear. A sense of relief washed over him.Silently, he dropped from the tree, landing in a crouch on the soft grass below as silently as possible and rushed towards the targeted slop of soil he had made in past week near the wall.
And rushed towards it with all his might, as sparks of aura menifested around his torsos, increasing his speed, And just like that in just few seconds he arrived right near the slop of soil before using it as a base he jumped, crossing the wall and landed as nimbly as possible.
Through it didn't go as planned and by sheer luck he had to step on something making a slight noise.
Kairos didn't even care and rushed forward with his full speed. It was unlikely for someone to notice him with that kind of noise. Still for better good, He left the place quickly. Reaching the busy market, that was still active during the midnight, and blended in with the crowds.
Heading towards the entrance of the city. The huge gate of ten city. People were still coming in and going out constantly. Thus none suspected and questioned him.
And he steped out of the city. Making him reliefed his plans has succeeded. With a large breath Kairos walked outside and started heading towards the edge of the forest that will lead to the forest of hundred thousand mountains.
Many people with robes swords and some few with horses were also coming out of the forest, carrying injuries along with loots.
He was about to enter, he noticed a person with black robes standing patiently directly at the entrance of the forest.
Kairos, Didn't thought of much. But as expected of Kairos hunch. Just when he about to pass that man, a hand wiith a hand guard warped on a leather inwear stoped him, it belong to that robed man.
" Where are you going young master.?"
Kairos steps halted as he turned around with a deep sigh. He was caught. He know very well who that voice belongs to.
The robbed figure retreated his hand. " Let's move from here"
Hearing that Kairos was curious what it was about but nodded his head and followed after the man. Who was infact the squad leader of Valeria Nozvans soilders.
They stopped after moving away from the main path. And robed man slowly uplifted his hood revealing his brown toned face with a small scar at the cheeks.
" Young master. Lord Lucian has given you this items. Please take them before you leave " He spoke taking out a small pouch and put it on his hand.
Kairos for few seconds looked at it before sighing, " Father, Knows?"
Andric nodded. His head. Making Kairos realize, He Didn't achieved great escape rather he was let to be escaped. Mostly that's why all of a sudden the guards reacted.
Seeing him silent, Andric spoke up, " Your father believes in you. Stay safe young master "
Kairos took another large breath realizing his father already knows that he had taken that. But still remained silent.
Kairos know from his past life, how much Dark knight cared for this item that was the cause of his familys downfall. But for his son, for an unknown reason at that too he's willing to part with it.
Kairos could take another sigh before looking at andric and bowed, " Please, Protect my family while I'm gone. And Convay my words to father"
