Chapter 13 - Revenge

Raymond pov

Raymond walked into Richard's house, feeling elated after his dinner with Maria's family. He found Richard, Sofia and Sophia in the living room, watching TV.

"Hey, guys," Raymond said, dropping onto the couch beside them. "I have some news to share."

Richard, Sofia and Sophia turned to him, curious. "What is it?" Richard asked.

Raymond grinned. "Maria and I have decided on a wedding date. We're getting married on July 16th."

Richard's expression changed from curiosity to shock. He stood up, his face reddening with anger.

"July 16th?" Richard repeated, his voice rising. "You can't be serious."

Sophia looked concerned, placing a hand on Richard's arm. "Richard, calm down."

Raymond walked into Richard's study, finding him pacing back and forth in front of the window.

"What's going on, Richard?" Raymond asked, his voice calm and collected.

Richard spun around, his eyes blazing with anger. "You know exactly what's going on, Raymond. You chose July 16th as your wedding date."

Raymond nodded, his expression unrepentant. "I did."

Richard's face turned red with rage. "You know that's the anniversary of Julie's death. How could you be so insensitive?"

Raymond shrugged, his eyes glinting with malice. "I chose that date for a reason, Richard. And you know exactly what that reason is."

Richard's eyes narrowed, his expression calculating. "You're doing this for revenge, aren't you? You're using Maria to get back at Daniel."

Raymond smiled, his lips curling up in a cold, calculating smile. "I'm using Maria to get back at the entire Woods family. You all think you're so perfect, so innocent. But you're not. You're all guilty, and now it's time to pay the price."

Raymond shrugged, his expression unrepentant. "I can do whatever I want, Richard. And what I want is revenge. Revenge against the Woods family for what they did to Julie."

As Raymond walked out of the study, Richard felt a chill run down his spine.

The wheels were already in motion, and nothing could stop the revenge that was coming.

Ray's house

Raymond sat in his living room, a calculating glint in his eye. He was determined to make Maria fall deeply in love with him, so that when he left her at the altar, she would be utterly heartbroken.

He began to brainstorm ways to win her heart. He would start by being extra attentive and romantic, surprising her with small gifts and sweet gestures. He would listen to her every word, making her feel like she was the only person in the world.

Next, he would plan a series of romantic dates, each one more breathtaking than the last. He would take her to the most beautiful places, treat her to the finest foods, and shower her with affection.

As the days turned into weeks, Maria would find herself falling deeper and deeper in love with Raymond. She would begin to envision a future together, dreaming of the life they would build as a couple.

But Raymond's plan went far beyond just breaking Maria's heart. He wanted to make the entire Woods family regret the day they ever crossed him. He would make sure that they were all in attendance at the wedding, watching as he left Maria at the altar.

The humiliation and shame would be too much for them to bear. They would be left reeling, wondering how they had misjudged Raymond so badly.

Raymond's eyes gleamed with satisfaction as he thought about the revenge he would soon unleash. He would make the Woods family pay for what they did to his sister, and he would enjoy every moment of it.

With a cold, calculating smile, Raymond began to put his plan into action. He would make Maria fall in love with him, and then he would destroy her. The Woods family would never forget the day they crossed Raymond, and they would never forgive themselves for underestimating him.
