Day 5, January 5, 2025
TODAY WAS THE DAY!!! The BTS concert was EVERYTHING I DREAMED OF AND MORE!
Ji-Hyun and I arrived at the stadium super early, dressed in our BTS merch and armed with our fan signs. We were so excited that we could barely contain ourselves.
As we were waiting for the concert to start, I couldn't help but think about my embarrassing encounter with Suga yesterday. I was still dying from embarrassment, but at the same time, I was grateful to have met him.
The concert started, and BTS came out on stage, performing their hit songs like "DNA" and "Mic Drop". The energy in the stadium was ELECTRIC, and Ji-Hyun and I were screaming and singing along to every song.
But the highlight of the concert was when Suga came out on stage, performing his solo rap song "Agust D". I was completely mesmerized by his talent and charisma.
After the concert, Ji-Hyun and I made our way backstage to meet the members. I was nervous but excited, and Ji-Hyun was practically bouncing with excitement.
When we met the members, they were all so kind and gracious. J-Hope hugged me and said, "I'm so glad you could make it to the concert!" RM smiled and said, "Thank you for supporting us!"
And then, I saw Suga again. He smiled and said, "Annyeong, Bomi! I'm glad you enjoyed the concert." I was like, "ANNYEONG, SUGA!!!"
As I suggested a selfie, I raised up my stick and... IT HIT SUGA'S HEAD. I. WAS. MORTIFIED.
Suga laughed and rubbed his head, saying, "It's okay, Bomi! I'm used to getting hit by enthusiastic fans!"
Ji-Hyun was laughing so hard that she was crying. "Bomi, only you could manage to hit Suga's head with a stick!"
As we snapped the selfie, I was going back when someone came and whispered something in Suga's ear. Then, someone none other than Jungkook came out with a pair of sanitary pads, asking Suga why it was in their groceries.
AND THEN IT HIT ME. No wonder I didn't see it - the sanitary pad had landed in Suga's basket when I dropped it at the convenience store yesterday.
The other members started teasing Suga, calling him "Suga-hyung's secret shopper" and asking him if he was preparing for something. Jimin joked, "Maybe Suga's trying to start a new trend - K-pop idols in pads!"
Suga's face turned bright red as he tried to defend himself, saying, "I don't know what this is doing here! Someone must have put it there as a prank!"
But the teasing only got worse. V started singing a funny song about Suga and his sanitary pads, and the other members joined in. Even Suga couldn't help but laugh.
I. WAS. DYING. FROM. EMBARRASSMENT.
I quickly ran away, leaving Suga to deal with his teasing friends. I swore to myself that this was a secret I would take to the grave.
No one will ever know that I accidentally dropped a sanitary pad into Suga's grocery basket.
It's safe with me.
