Chapter 4 - Episode 4 You Can Bet That

Let me tell you about Rinoa the Serene demon. He was the only thing standing between Trizo Haribuki and Shinore and true victory. They were so drained from using up all their mana that their only strategy was to wait for Rinoa to drop his magical wall of kill blight so they could attack him directly. But Rinoa wasn't having any of that, especially after they took down level 5 Mira demon Ikarsis. Rinoa was disappointed in Ikarsis for losing, but he didn't expect Trizo and Shinore to be such a pain in the rear end.

Rinoa didn't even bother with the Eriddon tower, he thought it was only for the weak and pathetic demons who needed a boost from the beacon. Rinoa was raised and trained by humans, and he believed in hard work and training to prove your strength, not some fancy artifact. But the Inkai, those cultist freaks, were after the beacon's power to enhance their demonic abilities. They were a powerful faction that wanted to enslave both humans and demons, and they didn't care who they had to kill to get there.

Let me tell you, the truth, the Inkai caused so much death and destruction that more than a third of the world's population was wiped out. Everyone was desperate to keep them away from any political power, but they had already built secret structures and systems all over the world. It was a mess, but Rinoa was not about to let them win. Rinoa was a force to be reckoned with, and Trizo and Shinore were about to find that out the hard way.

The Inkai were some sneaky little cultists, building their secret structures all over the world. They used these hubs to recruit more followers and spread their union world order. And they were all about that power, especially on their fancy island locations. They kept things balanced and in control, using their energy pools to power their antique tech. But don't mess with these guys if you're not part of the cult - they were versatile and extremely hostile. And they had their hierarchy all sorted out, with three main branches and executive leaders. But things got really crazy when they stormed the Eriddon Tower with their massive army of troops. They raided everything in sight, not giving a damn about Rinoa's hard work in combining all those treasures. These guys were like flies, scattering all over the place and making it damn near impossible to find everything. But they did manage to snag some golden goods and artifacts, so I guess it wasn't a total loss.

The rarest of the rare, these amping beings ruled the world with a swagger that left everyone in awe. But little did they know, they were about to face a storm like no other. The harbingers of chaos, their footsteps echoed with a symphony of impending doom. They couldn't clear out everything in their path, so they kept on searching for more treasures to snatch. Poor Rinoa could only watch as these kids wreaked havoc.

Trizo, Haribuki, Shinore, and Malakah thought they stood a chance against Rinoa, but oh no, they were sorely mistaken. It was just another day in their little group, nothing they hadn't seen before. The others couldn't fathom why they fought so fiercely against this force. It took them ages to breach the protected pier area, guarded by a freaking giant highest ranked type of Mira Demon with huge bull-like horns on its head with a black archmage kind of robe as it yells and screams with its astral projection powers.

But you see, they fought Rinoa to preserve the peace of their nation and the entire region. They were determined to prevent utter destruction. They fought like thunder and butter, not holding back for a second. And you know what? They were damn right to do so. It was their only shot at survival, their only chance to unite as a nation after centuries of struggle.

Defeating Rinoa was their ultimate goal, but oh my goodness gracious, that guy was too powerful to handle. Rinoa looked at Trizo, Haribuki, and Shinore, and with a flick of his wrist, he opened a freaking spacial portal. He teleported them back to their homes, making it crystal clear that crossing his path was a big no-no. He told them to move on with their lives, and they had better listen.

Trizo and the council had a mission, a goal to break the curse of the ryukishin. No more messing around with time manipulation. This curse, created by the ancients, was meant to keep the Gates of Noreine locked tight, preventing any other dimensions from meddling with ours.

So, my dear, that's the sassy tale of power, chaos, and a bunch of kids trying to save the world. It's a wild ride, but hey, someone's gotta do it.

Only a privileged handful of families possessed the coveted Ryukishin cursed powers and abilities.
