Luna and Azreal started their journey toward the holy mountain.
Meanwhile, Xandros the demon actually survived Azreal's last attack by teleporting himself to the demon king.
Xandros, stood before the throne of the Demon King, Xorax. He was battered and bruised, his dark armor cracked and broken.
Xorax looked at Xandros with a mixture of surprise and annoyance. "You're a rogue demon," he spat. "What brings you to my court?"
Xandros bowed his head, his eyes cast downward. "I bring news of a surviving Archangel ," he said. "I fought him in the mortal realm, but he was too powerful. He defeated me, and I was forced to flee."
Xorax's expression changed, his eyes narrowing with interest. "Go on," he said.
Xandros took a deep breath, his voice trembling slightly. "The arcangel is alive and well in the mortal realm," he said. "He is powerful but he has no wings yet, and he will not be easily defeated. But I bring this news to you, my king, in the hopes that it will be of use to you."
Xorax's face twisted with rage, his eyes blazing with fury. "You're a rogue demon," he spat. "You have no loyalty to me or to our kingdom. Why should I trust you?"
Xandros trembled, fearing the Demon King's wrath. "I swear to you, my king, that I bring this news in good faith," he said. "I seek no reward, only your mercy."
Xorax's expression did not change. "You will receive no mercy from me," he said. "You are a rogue demon, and you will be punished accordingly."
With a wave of his hand, Xorax summoned a dark and twisted energy that enveloped Xandros. The rogue demon let out a scream of agony as the energy consumed him, his body dissolving into nothingness.
Xorax watched the demon's destruction with a cold, calculating gaze. "So, there is a surviving alive and well in the mortal realm," he said to himself. "I want him dead!".
Xorax, the Demon King, sat on his throne, his eyes fixed on the dark and twisted energy that still lingered in the air. He was deep in thought, considering the implications of Xandros's words.
Suddenly, he spoke, his voice echoing through the dark and foreboding chamber. "Korvus," he called.
A figure emerged from the shadows, a tall and imposing demon with skin like black marble and eyes that glowed like embers.
"My lord," Korvus said, bowing his head.
Xorax's eyes narrowed. "I have received a report from a rogue demon that there is a arcangel alive and well in the mortal realm," he said. "I want you to go to the mortal realm and verify this report. If it is true, I want you to gather as much information as possible about the angels powers and abilities."
Korvus nodded, his face expressionless. "I will not fail, my lord," he said.
Xorax's eyes glowed with malevolent intent. "See that you do not," he said. "If you fail, you will suffer the consequences. Do I make myself clear?"
Korvus nodded again, his eyes flashing with a hint of fear. "Yes, my lord," he said. "I understand."
Xorax waved his hand, and a dark and twisted portal opened before Korvus. "Go," he said. "And do not return until you gathered enough information".
Korvus stepped through the portal, disappearing into the darkness. Xorax watched him go, a cold and calculating smile spreading across his face.
Xorax, the Demon King, sat on his throne, his eyes fixed on the dark and twisted energy that still lingered in the air. He was deep in thought, considering the implications of Xandros's words, when a figure emerged from the shadows.
It was a demon woman, her skin a deep, fiery red, her eyes glowing like embers. She was tall and statuesque, her curves accentuated by the dark, leather-like armor she wore.
"My lord," she said, bowing her head.
Xorax's eyes narrowed. "What brings you to my court, Sia?" he asked.
Sia smiled, her lips curling upward. "I bring you a gift, my lord," she said. "A gift that I think you will find most... enlightening."
Xorax's eyes sparkled with interest. "Go on," he said.
Sia reached into her armor and pulled out a small, blue gemstone. It was one of the 7 Blue Diamonds, a set of powerful artifacts that Xorax had been searching for.
Xorax's eyes widened in surprise. "Where did you find this?" he asked.
Sia smiled again. "I have my ways, my lord," she said. "But I think you will find that this diamond is... genuine."
Xorax's eyes glowed with malevolent intent as he reached out and took the diamond from Sia. He held it up, admiring its beauty, and then he smiled.
"Very good, Sia," he said. "You have done well. I think you will find that your reward is... substantial."
Sia smiled again, her eyes gleaming with anticipation. "I look forward to it, my lord," she said.
And with that, Sia turned and disappeared into the shadows, leaving Xorax to admire his prize.
Meanwhile, Azrael and Luna were making their way to the Holy Mountain, a place of great power and wisdom, also where they will find the wizard. They had been traveling for days, and Azrael could feel the weight of his journey bearing down on him.
But he was determined to reach the Holy Mountain, to learn the secrets of his power and to fulfill his destiny.
As they climbed higher, the air grew colder and the wind picked up. Azrael could see the snow-capped peak of the Holy Mountain in the distance, and he felt a sense of awe and wonder.
"We're almost there," Luna said, fluttering beside him.
