Rebecca Andrews!
"Catherine's real name was Rebecca Andrews?" Louis thought.
Louis' eyes started to waver.
"Do you have any photos of Catherine?"
"No, HJ Group keeps information about Catherine strictly confidential. I used all kinds of channels but failed to find any photos of her. Apparently she's a very beautiful woman."
It was hard for Dominic to imagine that a world-renowned car designer was a woman, a very beautiful one at that!
"It didn't seem to make sense at all. Why would a woman be interested in cars?" Dominic wondered.
...
Louis didn't even think about Dominic's inquiries. He stared at the words "Rebecca Andrews" on the document for a long time. His eyes were slightly narrowed, making it hard to decipher his emotions. He subconsciously tapped his fingers on the table rhythmically, which caused a moment of silence in the office.
"Mr. Stone..."
"Arrange it. I'll pick her up myself."
Louis finally said something, with a strange glimmer in his eyes.
Rebecca Andrews!
The name was exactly the same. Was it really just a coincidence?
Five years ago, Rebecca's body was not found in the fire. The police said that the fire was too strong and the body might have been burned to ashes, but Louis refused to believe that Rebecca was dead.
Now, this Catherine was also called Rebecca!
He couldn't wait to see the designer.
Dominic was a little stunned. In the past five years, there were only a very few people whom Louis would personally pick up at the airport. However, Dominic collected himself immediately and went to make arrangements.
As soon as Louis' car reached the airport, Rebecca's flight had just arrived.
Rebecca pulled her suitcase along as she walked out of the security check. Her long brown hair, perfectly proportioned figure, and striking features attracted everyone's attention. The little boy beside her was dressed in a casual white attire. He had very smooth skin and long eyelashes, giving people the desire to give his cheek a little pinch. He wore a cap and he had a lollipop in his mouth. He walked beside Rebecca at a leisurely pace. He looked relaxed, but his beautiful almond-shaped eyes made him seem unapproachable.
"Trenton, this is Mimery, not America. Put away that arrogant expression and stay close to me."
Rebecca felt helpless and heartbroken as she looked at her son.
Trenton Andrew's every move was more and more similar to Louis'. She had to admit how strong his genes were, but she would rather her son, Trenton, to be more like her.
"Mommy, what did I do?"
Trenton shrugged innocently with a mischievous look on his face.
Rebecca shook her head with a smile. She poked his forehead with her finger and said, "Don't try to be coy with me with that face of yours. You're my son, I know what you're up to. I'm warning you, you'd better behave yourself here in Mimery. Don't make a scene. Do you hear me?"
"Alright, I know you're back here for work, and I'm here to see the place you grew up in. I won't do anything. Mommy, I'm your son! How could you be so strict with me as if you were dealing with an enemy?"
Trenton pouted with dissatisfaction.
Rebecca caressed his head dotingly and said, "You're just full of tricks, aren't you? I just wanted to remind you to behave. Let's go. Let's get out of the airport first. I'll call Aunty Eliza later. We'll stay at her house for a few days."
"Okay."
Trenton smiled like an angel, and held Rebecca's hand as they walked out.
Suddenly, Trenton saw a familiar figure.
That person looked almost similar to him. Even though that person stood far away, Trenton could still feel his cold aura from a distance.
"This person should be Louis Stone, right? My Daddy that I've only ever heard of?" Trenton wondered.
"My Daddy that I've only ever heard of?" Trenton wondered.
Trenton lifted his head to take a peek at Rebecca and saw that she was going through her contacts list on her phone. Suddenly, he held his belly.
"Ouch, Mommy, my stomach hurts. I'm going to the toilet!"
Rebecca heard her son's exclaim and looked up from her phone to see that Trenton was holding his belly and his face was flushed red. His legs were rubbing against each other, as if he couldn't hold it in.
"Mommy will go with you."
Rebecca was about to pick Trenton up, but he had already ran off.
"There's no need for that, Mommy. I can't hold it in any longer. Wait for me outside. I'll be back soon."
Trenton ran off as if he was in a 100-meter sprint.
Watching after him, Rebecca shook her head with affection, and then made a phone call.
"Eliza, I'm Rebecca. I'm back."
Rebecca called Eliza Wilson, who was her long-time best friend. For the past five years, they had kept in touch with each other. Eliza was now a kindergarten teacher. She was so happy to hear that Rebecca had returned.
"When did you come back? I can ask for leave to pick you up. Are you at the airport?"
Eliza was overjoyed.
"There's no need to pick me up. I brought Trenton together with me. I'll just take a taxi to your house later."
As she walked while talking on the phone, she didn't take notice of the person in front of her, and bumped into him.
"Sorry, I didn't see you there."
Rebecca quickly raised her head to apologize, but she froze the moment she looked up.
It was him!
Louis Stone!
What a coincidence that they've met again!
When Louis saw Rebecca from a distance, he felt a shiver down his spine.
Her figure and gait were exactly like that of Rebecca's!
He walked over without thinking, and leaned into her deliberately.
Dominic was shocked. He had never seen Louis take the initiative to touch any woman. Especially after his wife's accident five years ago, he became stone cold, making people avoid him inadvertently. It was the first time that he had done something like this.
Dominic couldn't help but do a double take when he saw Rebecca. He was instantly stunned by her beauty.
Her face was so perfect that it was as if it had been carved by an artist.
Louis was also blown away.
However, Louis quickly came to his senses. He frowned slightly and took a step back subconsciously. He said coldly, "Watch where you're going."
Rebecca sneered in her heart.
Her current face was completely different from her previous self.
She still remembered how painful it was when the fire burned her skin. In order to keep the baby in her belly safe, she had endured nine months of pain, and had a plastic surgery after giving birth.
At night, she would often wake up from a nightmare and end up crying. Now, the culprit was right in front of her. She couldn't help but clench her fists. She wanted to tear his face and dig his heart out to see what it's like. She also wanted to ask him if he even had a heart.
Rebecca was holding the lollipop that Trenton hadn't finished yet. The lollipop stained Louis' suit when he bumped into her.
She smiled and said, "I'm sorry, I really didn't see you there. Your suit is dirty, why don't I buy one for you? Could I have your phone number? I'll buy a suit and have someone send it to you."
Rebecca's voice was a little hoarse and low.
A trace of disappointment flashed across Louis' eyes.
"It wasn't her! Not only her face, even her voice doesn't sound like her," he thought.
...
He still remembered that Rebecca's voice was as clear as a bell. Although the woman in front of him was beautiful, her voice was low and hoarse. Others might find this kind of voice attractive but he didn't feel anything.
Louis' cold expression returned again.
"It's fine, it's just a suit."
After that, he took off his suit jacket and threw it into a nearby trash can in front of Rebecca, as if he had thrown away a very disgusting piece of trash.
The corners of Rebecca's lips curled into a smile.
In Louis' eyes, she was probably just a woman who took a fancy to him and wanted to ask for his number.
Rebecca looked at him from behind with a smirk. She wondered how he would feel if he knew that she was the designer that he was supposed to meet.
Louis felt angry somehow. As for what he was angry about, he didn't even know.
That woman wasn't Rebecca, but why did she feel so familiar to him?
"No! It's not her!" Louis thought.
...
If Rebecca knew that he had taken the initiative to approach her, she would definitely be overjoyed. He knew how Rebecca felt about him, but that woman's eyes from just now had no hint of any emotions.
Her eyes looked exactly like Rebecca's!
Louis suddenly stopped in his tracks. Dominic didn't notice and bumped into Louis' back.
"Mr. Stone, I'm sorry."
Dominic touched his sore nose and quickly took two steps back, only to find that Louis' eyes had been following Rebecca.
After that brief encounter with Louis, Rebecca went straight to the bathroom. The way she walked made Louis narrow his eyes again.
"Mr. Stone, are you interested in that woman?"
Louis glared at Dominic, who quickly shut his mouth.
"I'm going to the bathroom."
Louis didn't know what was wrong with him. He was so annoyed that he turned around and walked quickly to the bathroom.
Dominic rarely saw Louis like this, so he didn't dare to follow him. He just waited outside.
Louis walked into the bathroom, turned on the tap, and splashed some water on his face, trying to get himself together. Suddenly, he felt that someone was tugging on his clothes.
Louis frowned slightly. He turned his head and saw a boy of about four or five years old, raising his head to look at him. The boy's right hand was tugging at the hem of his clothes, as if he had something to say.
"Let go!"
Louis' piercing eyes and cold aura were usually able to make people back away, but the little boy in front of him was unbothered.
The boy's eyes felt familiar to Louis.
"Uncle, can you do me a favor?"
Trenton looked straight at Louis. His innocent eyes softened Louis' heart.
"Where are your parents?"
"My mommy can't enter the men's toilet!"
Trenton pouted and looked a little shy.
Looking at the little boy in front of him, who looked like a porcelain doll, Louis sighed and said, "What?"
"The zipper of my pants is stuck, but I'm in a hurry. Uncle, could you help me to pull open the zipper of my pants?"
As Trenton spoke, his legs kept rubbing against each other, as if he could no longer hold it in.
