Aaron felt that something great must have trigger John to reveal such strong reaction. He never thought about him knowing his stay with Ace. But if he thought more, this action of John is nothing. Aaron said to Ace, "In reality, John had every knowledge about Stephan's like and dislike, what he does at which time, who he is closer, how is his relationship with his Eunuch and how Stephan behaves. Aaron was so sad that his eyes formed a trickled of tear. Ace sighed and said, "After we left this plane everything would be in their own place. They will live a happy life. We are just here to extract the virus and fulfilled the wishes of original owner." Aaron nodded yet said, "Everything which shouldn't have happen is already happened. Even though it is a new start the fact will never change." Like his fate. They will also never forget the ending.
Ace saw his focus gaze and he kissed his forehead gently. He said, "Look at me" Aaron faced him and the next moment Ace said, "Sometimes facts are cruel, yet destiny awaits a new start of their life." Aaron was stunned to hear this. He looked up to Ace and saw he is looking at him as well. Then he nodded and smiled, "That's right I was so pessimistic." Every ending led to a start and every start led to an end.
At this time there came footsteps coming from outside. Jenny knocked on the door carefully, "General dinner is ready. Should I bring it in?"
Aaron looked at the door and replied, "Bring it." Then he motioned Ace to sit at the chair. He and Ace both were wearing black casual clothes. Ace who always wears golden is in black. He is really peerless, his pale skin contrasting with the black robe making him appear more handsome. Aaron who noticed this just now can't help but look at him few more times. Jenny hurriedly came in and set all the dishes and waited at the side.
Ace helped him despite his repeated denial. Jenny looked at them. They looked like nagging grandma and innocent grandpa. If they knew what Jenny was thinking, probably there would be black lines on Ace's face and Daniel would be laughing. Aaron said to Jenny, "Where is Jerry? Invite him here. Eat with us."
Jenny hurriedly denied, "He is talking with the steward at the gate. No, we have done eating. So General and Prince should eat first." Right after her words were finished, her stomach sounded. He must be the one forcing Jerry to do this. Aaron really wants to shake him, but he can also understand his concern. He compromised.
After their talk, Jenny skillfully cleared the utensils and left with Jerry. The cheerful lady and man left, leaving the room silent. Aaron stared at the closed door for very long just sitting at his chair and his hand which is cold could feel a warm touch. He saw Ace looking at him with a smile. He smiled as well.
Aaron told Ace, "They were always have been with Daniel. He treated them like his family. His only family. Both never called him General till they entered the army. He raised them with freedom. It's very good to have them with me."
"Yeah. These two are very cheerful." Ace said, caressing his hand. Ace looked at his handsome side face and sighed. He asked, "Feeling sad?" Aaron shook his head. Denying the obvious fact. He, himself, doesn't know what he is feeling right now. Ace's tone was gentle, "Look at me."
Aaron looked up and met the eyes deep and dark just as he turned to see him. The gush of tenderness emerged in his deep, pond-like eyes as he stood still. Slowly, the eyes came close to him, making him close his eyes. A warm and gentle hand touched his cheeks and his eyes which were slightly red by those moist thin lips. It was a soothing kiss.
Ace hugged him, "I'm here with you. Just tell me how you feel." He wants to hear what he is thinking. Just to be sure that he is okay. Everything, including the emotions he is feeling. Can't they share it?
"I don't know." His voice almost like whispering flows out from his heart. Then warm tears flow out from his eyes. He looked even more hurtful than before. Now the cold face is wash by emotions and all Ace could do was stared at him. He cannot do anything to stop him from crying. His certain part of heart hurts terribly. So painful that he couldn't help but clutch it. Then thought, they have no need to share anything, they are one in two. Aaron shook his head and wipe out the tears and smiled. He hugged him.
Ace lowered his gaze and thought. What is the most tragic part when you love someone? The answer to this question is now Ace is deeming. Seeing your loved one sad, in pain, in oblivious is the most tragic feeling, and more than this, the feeling of helplessness. He who has controlled the company of two thousand employees now has no solution to this situation. He doesn't have anything to offer, to console him. Desperately wants to say something yet he doesn't know what to say.
Aaron smiled when he saw him in so deep thought. He said lightly, "Enough of this. Let's have some rest." He continued in an accusing tone, but his face was still straight, "You don't know I'm injured. Huh?"
Ace carefully took off his outer robe. He smiled and lifted him then placed gently on the bed. He also took of his outer robe and laid beside him. His hands habitually went around his waist. Aaron didn't find it annoying. He was snuggled by this prince. Ace don't want to see him dwell into these sad memories, so he kissed him so hard that Aaron was forced to face Ace. Aaron was genuinely touched because of his care.
