She then patted him on the shoulders and pushed him in the direction of where the new students began gathering before giving him a thumbs up as she walked back to the others. She turned back, giving him one more look before yelling out to him.
"Meet me after school! I'll be by the main hall!"
Dante nodded as she turned back to join Xavien and Logan as they'd been students previously. He looked to the crowd slowly gathering to the left to head to the courtyard. He placed himself outside of the crowded group and peered around, seeing many different people and creatures alike. They all wore the traditional cloaks like the others. Realizing just how different he looked amongst the others with Xavien's modifications.
One of the students looked at him and noticed. Pointing to the precise cuts of the cloak and began to question as some others looked.
"Woah, I didn't know this type of cut was available. You look good bro!"
"Oh…uh thanks!"
"You even have arm wraps? I usually only see swordsmen use those."
"Well, I dabble here and there…"
The students began to chatter, making Dante feel a bit more at ease, especially if he'd be able to make friends from something as simple as what he was wearing.
"Maybe fitting in won't be that hard!" he thought to himself as the groups began to head to their respective areas. He talked to the other students some more, finding out more about them as they walked ahead. The chatter continued as they walked through the gardens of the academy, filled to the brim with flowers and greenery. Students marveled at the displays welcoming them to the school, filled to the brim with petals and foliage. It was a wondrous sight, easily captivating to many of their eyes.
Dante began to look around some more before noticing someone lagging behind the group, it seemed they had gotten caught up looking at said displays. It was an elven girl with olive green hair. Her eyes focused on the main display as the group slowly began to leave her behind.
"What is she doing…? She'll get left behind at this rate—" Dante said as quickly walking up to her and calling out to her.
"Hey, the group is gonna leave you if you sit around here…"
"..."
"Uh…hello?"
"..."
She didn't turn to him whatsoever as she let out a deep sigh. This confused Dante as it felt as if she completely ignored his warning. He looked to her before she quickly walked off and followed behind the group once more. Dante scratched his head, clearly not understanding what could be going through her mind as he walked behind her. Soon the group reached the courtyard, and to their surprise was a giant fountain in the center of the area. Its marble shape seemed to be crafted carefully to capture the image of what seemed to be a knight in the center. The students stared at it before the smaller man from once before began to walk by.
