'The main asset of the Qunari is their physical prowess, they are still able to use magic though. But if I remember correctly magic in the Witcher was extremely difficult to use and master, so I can rule out using this worlds magic.'
'With that in mind my wishes should forgo magic, and because of the equivalent exchange of the wishes a good wish for me would be…'
"I wish to be incapable of using magic in exchange for increased magic resistance and sensitivity."
The meter went up only slightly, more than a wish for knowledge but less than the super soldier serum.
'Just as I expected… if only I had some glasses to smugly push up.'
'Now for the next wish, I could wish for some more esterotic abilities, but a big thing in the Witcher is the pure physical prowess of some of the creatures. Like the super old vampire that popped up in the dlc for example, he was ridiculously fast and powerful. No Supernatural power is helping me if I face an opponent like that.'
'So something to boost my physical prowess but not too directly, else it would be much too expensive of a wish. Hmm.'
He stood there for a while, then he spurred with action.
"I wish to have my Qunari bloodline purified."
…
[How much]
"Uhh, as much as you can give me?]
The meter went to near the top, maybe around 80%
'Hmm, this is high. Though it does seem like a good wish…Can I think of a way to decrease the price?'
'Going off what I know about the price of wishes it seems more direct increases of power are more costly, so how could I lower the directness of this wish without really lowering the effect?'
He once again pondered for a while, staring into nothing. Literally, he was surrounded by nothing after all.
'How about…one of those bloodline purifying pills from cultivation novels and stuff? I could wish for one of those pills that purify bloodlines of those that consume it instead of my bloodline in particular. That would make the means of getting the ability as well as the specifications less direc, which should decrease the price.'
'The actual effectiveness shouldn't be any lower either since the effect of the pill would be complete purification, and I know complete purification isn't too expensive for me since the meter didn't fill up all the way. Let's try it, but first.'
"I take back my last wish."
The meter went back down.
"I wish for a complete bloodline purifying pill that will be with me when I get sent to the world of the Witcher"
…
'Huh? That should have worked, why's it invalid? Hmm….'
"And only I can use it?"
The meter filled up to about 50%
'Ahh, I get it. If I gave the pill to a vampire, elf, demon, or whatever other nonhuman the person would have become immensely powerful. Now for the next wish.'
'There are a lot of creatures that can't really be hurt by regular attacks, or they just heal from them. Like vampires, other creatures, and maybe undead? I don't really remember if undead exist in the Witcher but if they do I'm sure regular attacks aren't too effective.'
'So I need a way to injure such creatures. A direct power able to do so would be a little too costly for my liking, hmm. If I remember correctly, in some instances Marvel adamantium is able to halt healing factors. And Qunari have kinda metallic skin or something, something I'm sure will be enhanced by the bloodline purifying.'
'So with that in mind…'
"I wish for adamantium to perfectly fuse with my biology, I want the durability to vastly decrease in return for an increase in the prevention of healing. I would be immune to this effect however."
The meter went to around 70%
'Good, even though it wouldn't be as hard as regular adamantium anymore it would still be a boost in durability, probably some synergy with the bloodline purification too. Now for some more interesting stuff.'
"I wish for a sixth sense, similar to a spider sense but more general instead of exclusively a danger sense."
Meter increased to around 80%
'I kept that one kind of vague but I think it should be fine. Now I need knowledge.'
"I wish for the practical knowledge of Geralt of Rivia and- hmm. I take that back."
'Thinking about it, I want this to be fun. A thrilling new life, Geralt basically knows everything about everything in this world. If I have all of his knowledge would I really enjoy myself as much?'
'I might regret this but fuck it, you only live twice.'
'I still need some knowledge though, like how to fight.'
"I wish for all the practical knowledge of Batman, specifically Arkham series Batman."
The meter slightly went up
"As well as all the practical knowledge of my character in Dragon age inquisition."
The meter once again slightly went up
'This wish wasn't really needed, I just thought it'd be cool to have that knowledge. So I can feel the sort basically.'
'At this point all my grounds are basically covered, I will be incredibly powerful physically, great senses including a sixth one, great fighting skill, and resistance to magic.'
'What else would I need? Hmm, well you can never be too magic resistant, I'm confident that me being more magic resistant would also translate to my anti-healing factor body being more effective. Maybe not enough to effect the immaterial though, in that case.'
"I wish for the remaining meter used to increase my magic resistance and allow me to damage immaterial things like ghosts."
The meter then filled all the way and hit the bell causing a loud ding.
[Are you ready]
The words are back again, this time with a question. A question that is readily answered.
"Yes."
