The next day at school, Kara walked in dressed in a simple outfit. It was a blue jean and a black T-shirt with white sneakers.
"Hey babe". Todd said but immediately Kara moved away.
"Hey". She said with a fake smile.
"Um I was thinking, that the school's favorite couple should hold hands as they march into the school". Todd suggested playingly.
"Well, I think the school's favorite couple, should march in like normal people with no physical contact". Kara replied and walked out.
"Sup dude what's going on. Where is Kara? I just sighted the both of you smiling at yourselves. Why did she leave on her own". Kelvin asked Todd.
"I don't know what's wrong with her man". Todd said with looks of frustration.
"What's up! Where's our girl and why are you guys out here speaking like someone died". Becky said and glanced at Iris who carried all of her stuffs.
"Kara's outfit looked so casual but cool today, still something's off with her behavior. She refused us to hold hands". Todd explained.
"She what!!". Becky reacted in disbelief.
"Todd, when was the last time you guys went intimate". Iris asked in a low tune.
"Last week. It's weird that she is acting this way". Todd replied.
"I have an idea. There's a party at my cousin's place this night. Invite her over. There will be drugs and drinks and finally your performance". Kelvin suggested.
"He Hah, she's a cow girl right. There is no way she's gonna refute that. Nice thought babe". Becky said as she wrapped her arms around Kelvin.
Kara walked into the class alone. Everyone looked at her in shock because before now she was never alone. She was either with her group or one of the members but no one dared to say a word to avoid confrontations like Ana from Becky and Todd.
Shortly after Kara walked in, the rest of the group did. Kelvin signaled Todd to move away and then he sat close to Kara.
"Hey bestest pal. You are invited to my cousin's party. Remember Jack?". Kelvin asked.
"Yeah, I do. The shirtless guy right". Kara replied and Kelvin laughed.
"That's mean but yes. There would be a lot of stuffs there. You know what I'm talking about. So, you coming?". Kelvin asked.
