so now as Ruben Amorim has been appointed, Marcus believes there is something for him at united. By arriving early at the training and leaving late he is constantly trying to impress the new gaffer.

Marcus continued to put countless hours in the training and finally he got his first chance to play for Manchester United and who thought it would be a MANCHESTER DERBY.

United is losing the game by 1-0 at halftime and now Ruben decides to bring Marcus on. Marcus comes on for Garnacho and with his only few touches he shows the crowd he is someone special. Linking up with Rashford and Amad Diallo, Marcus is creating many chances but no chance is being converted.
BUTTTTT around the 81st minute Marcus gets the ball, he is going on getting past the City's midfield, dribbles past DE BRYUNE, dances away from him, now comes the defence, he dribbles past Gvardiol, NUTMEGS Ruben Dias and now with only the goalkeeper left in the box he can either go all by himself and become a hero or just be generous and pass it to Rashford for a simple tap-in.
WHAT IS HE GOING TO DO, ALL EYES ON HIM RUBEN IS WATCHING HIM , THE UNITED FANS ARE CHEERING HIS NAME FOR A POTENTIAL EQUALISER
BUT NO, HE DECIDES TO BE SELFISH
Marcus weaved through the defenders like a master artist, each movement a stroke of genius. But as he lined up for the final shot, the ball sailed just wide, a breathtaking near-miss that left the crowd gasping in awe.

Rashford is angry on him for not passing the ball and being selfish. The game ends in 1-0 defeat for Man United and all blame comes on the 17 year old young lad. He was humbled by his teammates in the dressing room. As all teammates left the dressing room, Marcus cried all by himself in guilt and thinks his time at United is over. He thinks he had a bad impression in the eyes of Rubin Amorim and believes he is never going to get a chance to play in this team.
WITH ALL THE TEAMMATES AGAINST HIM, There is certainly someone who still believes in him.
Will Marcus play for United again or he is just going to leave this team and get transfer listed to a lower division club.
